CASE STUDY:I got married on 29-May-2011.Reception was done on 30-May-2011.Se stayed in my home for 1 month.My relatives all went of y June-15 like that.On June - 01-2011 her father came to my home and take er to home for ASADAMASAM month.After 1 month my parent's wen with new saree , flowers & sweets to her house to bring back but there they created new sense by stating that their daughter want to study B.ED and for tat we ave to arrange college fee for her.and my wife said tat i want to stay separately with her in separate room.For that i didn't accepted as my dad is retired employee and my mom is suffering with stomach cancer were the treatment is going in Indo - American Cancer Institute - Hyderabad.She complained on me that we are asking for additional dowry which is false statement.We kept 8 tolas of gold ornaments for her on marriage now those all ornaments are with them only but now they are saying that they are wit us.Being frank and honest the ornaments are wit them only and we are having all the original bills wit us.Not only this we are having all the original bills of all the tings like gold,sarees etc.she lodged complaint on my dad-65,mom-60 & my brother-26.Because of this case my family is suffering a lot.My dad is also suffering wit joint pains.He is unable to walk and my brother is in studying.We all are suffering a lot because of this for which their is no mistake from our end.She stayed in my home for hardly 15-20 days,for these days only she created newsence and lodged a complaint under 498-A.I am an private employee and brother also.We are not in a position to give maintenance. As my mom may live for 1-2 years er cancer is in 2nd stage.For hospital charges also we are selling our property.Aside we are also not in a position to pay the lawyer fee.Its becoming very difficult for us to run my family.I am having 2 sisters and one brother out of two 1 sister got married and 1 sister & 1 brother ready for marriage.
I request you to suggest me on this.

Sir if i filed on both grounds cruelty and desertion but in argument i am able to prove only one that is cruelty but no desertion as 2 years not ovee. Can the divorce be granted. Note the case is exparte

There was a chit fund company in our neighbourhood & was successfully dealing for past many years. Suddenly in Dec-2014 one of company director which was also our neighbour got kidney problem & expired in July-2015. From Dec-2014 we came to know that the said director was in huge loss (say 70-80 Lacs). From that very time we all neighbours & members of chit fund started demanding our money from the said director but instead returning money, the director & his family giving us false promises that they will sell their property & pay us but after death now they are denying to return any money.
1. All the money paid to the company by crossed cheques.
2. And those who paid cash have valid receipt in their name.
3.The company was register in Karnal, (Haryana) not in Delhi.
Please advise us our position & can we get our hard earned money back by any of the ways.
Please also suggest me Lawyers, who can fight our 8-10 members case amounting (25-30 Lacs) on Commission Basis.

1 year ago i go to FARM where a bull was grazing in my farm when i see off him than his was fall in a drain after i go and saw him hi was ill beacous hi was old after some time a call a truck and bring to a goushala and call a animal doctor and start treatment in night in goushala also a Young bull hi was beat to ill bull and after 8 days ill bull was die. after bull died poolice write a fir on me in slaughter of bovine animal act 1995 rajasthan under section 3/8
. but section 3/8 is applicable when a bull or caw was killed by me on a spot. therefor the bull was died in goushala after 8 days. can a session court change section 3/8 on me.
please give me answer with case

Respected Lawyers, my name is Dilshad Merchant from Mumbai, I have a case pending in thane JMFC court u/s. 420, 34. I am accused no. 2 in the matter. The case started in 2012, until today 26 hearings have happened. Now my advocate has sent me letter stating that he will not be able to proceed with my matter due to difficulty in dates. He has asked me to appoint another advocate. Today I gave an application in the court for appointing another advocate, thereby asking further time from the court. The judge granted only one months time, and my next date is 3/10/2015. The judge told me clearly that on 3/10/2015 I will have to bring my new advocate, and he will not grant any further adjournment. I want to know the following: 1) if I don't get another advocate till 3/10/2015 will the judge grant me more time or give me another date ? Is there any law relating to my question ? 2) if I don't get another advocate till 3/10/2015, what is best that I can do in my interest ? Please suggest me concrete suggestions which will save me from any trouble in this issue. For your info, my plea has been already recorded and I have plead "not guilty". Complainant!s statements have been recorded. Please guide me ! In this case, can the magistrate pass any order against me ? If yes, what ?

I have given a undated surity cheque to my company. If I have to leave job before the time limit of the company the company will deposit the cheque in bank.
At this stage what are the possibalites that I have in my hand.
please tell me what would happen if I apply in bank to cancel cheque payment.

Sir,
I am working in a cement company as an Executive, located in Guwahati, Assam. We didn't get our monthly salary in time, on current date we have received the salary for the month of April 2015. Earlier it was 2 month baclog salary but now it has been raised to 4 months which is hard to bear. While giving appointment they have not mentioned about this matter to us, I can show you my appointment letter if required. Moreover they deduct our salary for late coming at office. We have to punch while entering in office premises & exit from office premises and the timing is fixed to sharp 9:30 am to 7 pm. If anybody late even by 9:31 am for 7 days in a month then they deduct 1 day salary, for 10 days 2 days salary, for 13 days 3 days salary & for 15 days 5 days salary deducted. If we have to leave the company then we have to give 2 months notice period otherwise we will not get those 2 months salary. We have also requested and write a letter to CMD & MD of the company about the financial condition of the employees due to non receipt of salary in time but they totally ignore it & held few of us for writing this type of letter.
Request you to help & guide me so that we can get back our salary and relieve from this hell.

Please help me out of this query, Actually I am having 2.31 acres land in village ....in that it is divide into two parts... One is the name of mine...other is in name of my grandmother.... we have two separate passbook also for land....But we went VRO office to make online for adaganal/1B, the way he response is bad...I also cross check in IGRS . The EC for 1.20 acres ,it is in my name....and remaining 1.11 acre is in my grandmother name....but my grandmother registration was done in 1972...how will I get that EC for that land
