We have been living in a rented house for near about 40yes. But a few date back, son of our dead eased landlord has locked our room. Due to this we have filed 144. But 6 months have gone, we have not get any result. What should we do now? The rent bill has my mother's name. Please advice.

I am a tenant of a rented shop for 6 months,but due to some reasons I want to change tenancy name to hand over to my guest.But landlotd not agreed.what should I do?

Right now I am working in ozone info engineer Pvt. Ltd. As technical supporting engg. They recruits me on 27 Feb 2015 to still that time I was expecting 15500 ₹ ctc so they told me I cant able to give that much amount at least we can pay you 13500 ₹ per month. But that time I told them I want increment after six month they told me yes and as per appointment latter they told me you should be complete your probation period six after that you got permanent latter. There is not mention they going to be increase my salary after 6 six month. But they verbally committed as well as they written all over thing on rough paper. So I completed six month yesterday I gone for meeting that time they told me you increment not going to be do because of company money problem. But told them you committed me you are going to increase my salary after six month hr also agreed as well as company owner also agreed. After that they told me we are going to increase your salary on march 2016. I also agreed ok but you should give me differences After my six month completion they cant agreed that also there have lots of work continuously changing lots working strategy. If suppose to be I cant submit daily report in one day they deduct 100 ₹ from my salary. What I can do. That's the only Question repeated on my mind its not going ok as per I was thinking so what can I do. " please suggest me any buddy its an humble request" thank you

My Daughter-in-law has filed a false case against me and wife and son U/S 498A and 406 on 4-5-2015. my son is presently working on deputation in U.K from TCS chennai, left in the month of 2/2015. I have attended five times before police after filing complaint before police by Daughter-in-law. My daughter in Law's parents have demanded 10.5 lakh for Mutual Divorce and black mailing,cheating,misleadeaing facts before police,I have written 4 leters to my daughter in law and their parents.they have acknowledged two and two returned, not claimed.They have involved and cheated while drafting MOU, but I have not paid any amount till date.We are govt employees and edge of retirement. The locker key held my daughter in law and my son lost. There are jewellery and gold items and documents of daughter in law and my son.The issue is pending before for break open the locker, till settle the 498 a and 406 accordingly notice sent to bank as well as daughter in law . I decided not to cooperate with bank authority and daughter in law.
Now Police has asked to attend for investigation within three days with ID and passport size photos. every letter addressed to my daughter-in-law,a copy was marked and submitted to the concerned police. Is it necessary to attend again for investigation on or before 09-09-2015. Kidly do need full in this mental agony issue-vishnu Murthy

During joining in govt department i hav submitted my10th 12th and graduation degree certificates. As my date of birth in all documents is 29 july 1990. I have also submitted my date of birth certificate in which my date of birth certificate is same 29 july 1990. Bt place of my birth is wrongly entered there.CAN int cause any problem to me.PLEASE help. I will be thankful.

We have property in pimpei chinchwad before but on 7/12 father name has being deleted and only sarkari is written by talathi
I want to why it has being written so and how to remove the sarkari word from 7/12

Hi Experts..I booked a flat from builder few years back. The posseiin has been delayed for more than 6 months due to quality issues. Now when after 6 months we are about to take possession he is forcing to sign deed of declaration with additional conditions like ( no QC issues will be raised by us in future, all amenities are provided that is actually not in place also we are very happy with the work )that was not preset in ssale of agreement. If we don't sign the DOD he will not given possession. Can we challenge or deny to sign this forced DOD ?

Wife is drawing maintenance from the salary of husband who is serving in India Army under sec 91 of Army Act 1950. Now the husband is going to retire shortly from Army. Can wife claim a share from the retiral benefits of husband, if so then under what provision of law?

Parking spaces allotment for cars in chs
Dear Sir,
My Society is in Vashi Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) and it follows latest model by-laws. However below is some of the information that I intend to seek for Parking rules basis all the prevailing acts:
1) In case number of members who intend to have parking are more that number of parking slots then does Society need to have lottery system on a yearly basis compulsorily?
2) Should vehicle be owned by the Member on his name or the vehicle can be on his Family member and what's the definition of a family?
3) Can members owning multiple Flats on their family members name in the same society, claim multiple parking for the flats which are either not utilized by them or given on lease? These members are using Parking space for flat owned by them as well as parking space for flat which they have given on lease and overall as a rule the parking Slot is not made available to other tenants due to inadequate space for other members who are not allotted Space for 1 vehicle itself?
4) Do we have any provision wherein Preference wise each family gets 1 Parking slot and not as 1 member gets 1 Parking slot as some members have Multiple flats leased or are lying vacate and intend to have 2nd and 3rd Parking as well?
5) Suppose a Member Sells his vehicle and the slot remains idle then can the society immediately take the same and give it to other members even though the same is allotted to initial member for 1 year? Hope the society solely has right to transfer the slot to other members?
6) Do we need to follow DC rules too while allotting parking or its model by laws alone as the same is in brief and not exhaustive.
7) In case the member does not gets parking slot in lottery then in the next year shall he be given preference over members who were fortunate to get it?
Request you to give reference of Sections of rules & Acts too that will help to frame parking policy for all members in fair manner.
