Dear Sir,
A suit was settled in the Mediation and Suit was dismissed as withdrawn in view of the mediation settlement.
Now Parties are breaching the terms of the Mediation settlement....
What is legal effect and remedy to other party.
Please share expert view

Sir,
I filed partition suit and got 2/3rd share and my sister got 1/3rd share. My sister created forged documents to claim my 2/3rd share through unregistered relinquishment deed subsequently claiming agreement and compromise agreement coming under Contract act
I took objection at admission stage on grounds of forged unregistered document and not to take into evidence. Inspire of opposition from my side the forged documents filed under Order 8 Rule 1 CPC. Since final decree is pending Do I have a right to file application under Section 47 CPC section 11 CPC and Order 7 Rule 11 as the respondent already agitated on forged will and subsequently claiming relinquuishment after dismissal of SLP and review petition in the Supreme Court to reject the forged documents in the present proceedings
Please do suggest can I be permitted to file above application

Dear Sir,
My brother was admitted in a hospital due to dengue for 4-5 days. Hospital was checking platelets count day to day and I also got the sample from hospital to check platlets by Lal pathology.
Initially Hospital was giving platelets count by their lab less than 5-10 thousand in comparison to Lal pathology.
But on the discharge date Hospital given platelets count 1.50 Lakh and Lal Pathology given 1.06 Lakh. there is huge difference for plateslets count in the Dengue case.
Now I want to sue case under negligency by Hospital or Lal path.
Kindly advise me whether I can sue on both or anyone of them if anyone of them then whom I should send notice hospital or lal path.

Dear Sir, i have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on 15th Aug'15 and within 15 days it starts rebooting automatically. on my first visit to Samsung customer care they told me that it may happen due to software updation then he reset the software and said it will not happen again. but after few days problem comes again and i submit my handset to service center and very next day they call me and said your handset is ready. i asked whats the problem they said there is problem with the motherboard and we replaced that. i said i want new handset as the device sell by Samsung is faulty.i refused to receive the handset. i don't want repaired handset. Job Centre Repair Number. 4200587216. They said you have to receive the handset we cant do anything.
Then Samsung try to offer me additional warranty.
i want to go consumer court.

Mr. X was purchased an Open Land property through a Simple sale deed in 1974 and subsequently, he has constructed a House in the said open land in 1975 and entered his name was entered in the Grama Panchayath records as the owner of the above said house property. And thereafter he was died intestate.
He has One Son Mr.Y. Mr. Y has a wife and Two children. Now if Mr. Y wants to become sole owner of the property of Mr. X, what is most relevant deed or document to be executed ?
And by whom it should be executed ?
i request all of you please suggest a solution in this regard.

Dispute of Property settled in Mediation referred by Court in a Test Petition and Test Petition was withdrawn in view of the settlement process.
However I am not getting my part of share ...what action should I Take
