Contractor not willing to work

My Bank floated a tender for providing security services through open tender, One Security Agency was selected for the same at service charge(agency charge) of 2 %, the total quantity of security guards supplied are 32. The wage structure was as per DGR(director general re-settlement)/ central minimum wages, also he agreed to provide two pairs of uniform to its guards.
when he produced the first bill, it was found without EPF and ESI challans, also in the salary statement of the guards one allowance i.e. Uniform outfit allowance was also missing. On our repeated instruction he has paid the ESI and EPF but now he is adamant for not paying Uniform Outfit Allowance as he is providing free uniform.
he is claiming uniform outfit allowance from us(Bank) but not passing the same to the guards, Now his bill for the month of July is pending(Contract started from 1st July 2015) and he has refused to pay salaries to the guards for the month of August(salaries for the month of july has been paid to guards without outfit allowance).
What should be our action as Principal employer.

Medical checkup of the wife

I have a case of judicial separation running in the court. I and my wife have been living separately since 12 years. Also, my wife has had sexual relationships with other men. That's why in the cross examination with my wife, when I asked her for her medical check-up to prove this, she refused. Now, can I file an application in the court for medical check-up of my wife regarding this?

Grounds for compensation from D.D.A

I am a senior citizen. I was alloted a mig flat by d.d.a. DDA initially delayed in building the flat by almost 7 years then asked for an increased price.
I paid the differential and have got the lease deed registered.
Possession is yet to be handed over.
I went to see the flat but found that it is in very sorry state. Walls damaged, bathroom and kitchen unusable, doors and windows are missing, electric wiring is missing.
When shall I approach consumer court - before receiving possession or post receiving possession.
Can I seek speedy redressal on grounds of age? I can't travel too frequently.
What can be possible grounds for seeking compensation - Mental trauma, alternate residence rental, cost to make it habitable (it will be around 7.5 lakhs to make it habitable, as per quote from local contractor).
Interest on period of delay in delivery,
Please suggest.

Legal right

We are two brother and 4 sisters. My father made a registered WILL in 2003 in name of his real sons i.e. my brother and I. The WILL divided the property in two equal share, thereafter my father died in 2005 but we made a partition deed based on the original registered WILL my father left. This deed was registered as well. My mother is still live and living with us. One of the four sister has sent a legal notice to us asking for a share in the property. What legal right we would have to deny her legal notice considering the fact that the registered WILL was left by our father and we also have registered partition deed.

Moot problem on contract

Moot Problem 1
The following advertisement appeared in The Bharat Times dated 15th June 2010:
A reward of INR 15000 will be paid by Relicop Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. (herein called the Company)
who contracts the emerging H1N1 flu or the related virus, after having taken their pill daily for three weeks
as per the directions printed on the box. We have a hundred percent success rate for the pill for the last
season of flu related diseases. Address : Relicop Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd., Tansen Marg, New Delhi
110001
Mr. Kachru, residing in Ahemdabad, saw and the above advertisement and believed the accuracy of the
statements appearing in the advertisement. His son Rishabh Kachru, aged 12 years, was down with fever and
was taken to their family doctor Dr. Nanda. He then made Rishabh take the three weeks course of the pill.
Dr. Nanda had no knowledge of the said advertisement. However despite having taken the said course of
medicines Rishab contracted H1N1 flue on 27th July 2010. Mr. Kachru, on behalf of his son wrote to the
Company about his son contracting the H1N1 flue and asking for INR 15000 as promised by them in their
advertisement. The Company denied the amount saying there was never a contract between Mr. Rishabh
Kachru and the Company due to the following:
? Mr. Rishabh Kachru is a minor and does not have capacity to enter into a valid contract.
? Dr. Nanda while prescribing the pill to Mr. Rishabh Kachru was not aware of the terms and conditions
prescribed in the advertisement.
? Mr. Rishabh Kachru did not communicate his acceptance to the Company and
? The contract was concluded in Ahmedabad where as it should have been concluded where the offer was
made, i.e. New Delhi.

Please help me prepare moot file from both plaintiff and defendant side?
