Dear Sirs,
Request advice on my below query:
What is the procedure available for a Legal heir to claim his share of his deceased fathers’ bank deposits, without litigation (that involves considerable costs), if the Nominee of the deceased depositors’ bank deposits,
who is an other legal heir, refuses to part with other legal heirs’ share of deceased depositors’ bank money?
In a situation, where Nominee says that only if other legal heirs sign release deed giving up their rights on ancestral immovable property, will he (Nominee) part with the share of other legal heirs in deceased depositors’
bank money.

On the basis of an unregistered deed of family settlement i have to file a partition suit against my first cousin in Delhi High Court , all of us are residing in the same property. Please advice me whether court fees will be on basis of market value or fixed rate since we all are in joint possession of this property
Who will pay the partition amount.
We, five brother have purchased a building jointly many years ago and were living as a joint family. Now one of my brother filed a suit for partition in court. My question is that 1) who will pay the partition fees? which is around 10 lakh and 2)If anyone does not have money for partition then what will be the situation? 3)Is there any chance for commission or appointment of a reciever for partition.
