I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY TIME PERIOD FOR HIGH COURT JUDGES TO GIVEN FINAL WRITTEN ORDERS ONCE THE FINAL DECISION HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED BY THE JUDGE. ITS BEEN 10 DAYS THE PETITION WAS DISMISSED BUT NO WRITTEN ORDER IS AVAILABLE TILL NOW.

Sir,
Previously I was working in State Government (Advocate General's office) as Steno for 14 1/2 years. In between I had applied for KPSC exam for the same Steno post and got selected. My 15 years time bound was in the month of August 2013 and I was appointed in Karnataka Government Secretariat through KPSC in the month of December 2012. I had applied through proper channel only. But after completing 15 years when I had submitted an application for 15 years time bound advancement they gave an endorsement that I am not entitled on the ground that "any other service which does not count for the purpose of determining seniority for promotion." pl. clarify.

Hello sir ,
we had given a house contract to build a house , house has been built like 1.5 years ago but the building has lot of problem like water leakage, wood they used to build is falling , flooring etc they are so many other problems we are facing, is there any way , where we can make contractor to repair it, we have told contractor about these problems but he says all newly built house will be leaking , so please tell me the way to get repaired.

Sir,my father is employed in bank of baroda,he was transferred from MUMBAI to. Delhi in 2014 but now he has been again transferred to village area in Nagpur in august 2015 by a biased action by there higher official.due to this sudden action by bank has lead to mental trauma to him and he is on treatment right now in Delhi,and its not possible for him to go and join there in Nagpur and the branch which he is posted is 300 km from Nagpur where he can reach by bus only and in this condition when his health is bad we can't allow him to go there presently he is on sick leave due to his illness. And over all he is going to retire in 2016 august.its almost eleven months left for his job.what we can do in this condition. Hello , My name is Piyush , I am from MP. I want to ask all experts here about forged cheque. I am sub contractor and I took a project of Road. I did so many work on that project and I have to take A lot of money by Main Contractor. After a lot of time He finally Provide me 3 cheques , one cheque is with my firm name and other is with My name. And When I went to bank for confirmation of Account and signature bank Official told me that this signature is not valid. Now U want to ask you that what I can do with this cheque , I don't have any Written document or Agreement of that Company. But I have 1 Letter pad Blank paper with signature on that. And All cheques are of That construction Company's Name which are written on cheque. Please Help me that I want to take my money in any condition. What should I do now ? How and where I should complaint against that Company. Please provide me information as soon as possible. Thank you

Dear Experts,
As per the ACT captioned in subject line there are many laws and amendment that are repealed.
Now the most concerning of the lot for husband harassed by Wife and In-laws are CrPC Sec41 which has been repealed are below
2009 5 The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2008 The whole
2010 41 The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2010 The whole.
As per what I understand (from Gujarat Samachar newspaper)that is the above mentioned laws has been repealed and means that, Now a punishment even less than 7 year a person can be arrested at anytime by the police and there is no need to follow and rules of CrPC41/41a by the arresting officer.
Request the experts to please clarify the above, cuz the only hope for the harassed husbands for not getting arrested and being saved from being labeled as "KAIDI" in #FakeCases of Dowry and DV was that CrPC 41/41a.

question are
1 wife getting husband job as compensatory,
so is mother eligible for pension of son ?
2. in decease gratuity, pf what is a share mother eligible.
3. can mother get anything in his son compensation.even when she as one more son. who is unemployed.

Annulment of marriage
I got married about 1 months ago. On wedding day it self i realised that she was talking to someone in a suspicious manner.It became clear next day that she was talking to her live- in -partener for last five years.By her acts she made it clear that this marriage is to extort money by implicating my family and me in false cases.. Due to this fact i could not have any physical relation with her. I told her that lets be separated peacefully but she demanded a huge sum of money for that and made her intentions clear to extort money. Some how i mannaged to record her s*xual talks with her boyfriend whom she visited on some filmsy ground . she stayed with him for 4 days..when she came to know abuot it she left the house ..Can I file for annulment of marriage?Can she ask for any money? can law still protects her?Can she still use 498a? Please advice
