Dear Sir/ Madam,
The house/property in which I stay was purchased by my grandfather on 21.10.1985 from the builder in Mumbai and no stamp duty was paid and the property was not registered at that time.
My grandfather has 4 sons and 4 daughters. My grandfather died in 1991 and my grandmother died in 2001.
After a long dispute between the brothers, the house was transferred in the name of 2 brothers (my father and my uncle)(other 2 brothers have their own property) after execution of the required documents and to the satisfaction of the housing society. The house is now in the name of 2 bothers in the society records and share certificate.
As per the terms between the 2 brothers(my father and uncle), my father has to pay him some amount and once that amount is paid in full, the house will be owned completely by my father on execution of proper documents.
Also as mentioned earlier the property is not registered and stamp duty is not paid.
I have doubts with regards to paying stamp duty and registration the property- whether to pay now or later.
I have the following query:
1. Option1 :
Should I pay the stamp duty now and register property in name of 2 brothers. Once the payment (as decided between my father and uncle) is made in full to my uncle, he will gift his share to my father by executing and registering a gift deed.
2. Option 2:
Once the payment is made in full, my uncle will execute a gift deed in favour on my father gifting his share in the property. After that I will pay the stamp duty and register the property in name of my father.
3. Any other simple and better alternative available to my father.

In Regular Criminal Case we have Filed some properties original document as evidence in extortion case.
bus unfortunately accused are acquitted by the Court
But the exhibited, and not any appeal preferred to Appellate Court.
matter was dispose April 2015.
my question
can i get return my original document which is filed in criminal case.
if yes.
then what should i do? and if any application then its format

We eight friends have formed a cooperative and have built a G+4 building comprising of eight flats. The land was allotted to the cooperative by WBHIDCO, WEST BENGAL. Mutation has been completed. My question is do we have to register the flats in individual name and if yes then what will be the charge for registration in each case ?

This is a case of wife deserting the husband for more than 2 years and husband filing divorce with family court.
Both resided in Hyderabad and wife has left to Kolkata. Case filed in Hyderabad and the wife is avoiding the summons by managing the postman. Wife doesn't have any demands and at the same time not interested for mutual divorce or to attend court. Case is unable to proceed further for non serving of summons. 3 queries related to this.
1. What are the options left if summons are not served.
2. For how long can the court keep the case running unable to serve summons.
3. Whether divorce is possible in such a condition.
Please give a solution

Dear experts,
I have already got divorce based on desertion and cruelty.Wife got maintenance from family court as 8 thousand per month for her and our minor daughter.My wife had filed a RTI with IT department to get my salary details. I work for a private company.I had denied to provide details that time. Now after 2 years she has filed RTI again and she got details this time. There is a judgment from CIC that such details should be given for government employees.Is this judgment applicable to private jobs to ?
She is working but it's a job in school and the school favors her and don't provide her salary details through RTI.
She is not ready for one time settlement as she wants to earn money for lifetime by filing RTI and getting enhanced maintenance.
Is there any way out of this? I fought DV ,crpc and divorce case. though it was proved that there was no cruelty to her,there is no relief from court cases at all. Please suggest a way to get out of this.Also let me know if there is way to stop IT department and its officials from providing information without checking facts

Dear All,
Please help me I have joined ICICILOMBARD on 16-02-2011 and I have put down my papers on 31 July 2015 so I have been asked to served notice period of 45 days my last day of working will be 15-09-2015. I have mailed my HR for Gratuity Eligibility they have mailed me stating that Gratuity is not applicable to you since you have not completed 5yrs.I will be completing 4.8yrs with ICICILOMBARD.Please suggest the way forward. Will I be eligible for Gratuity if yes what should I do? Since I have left over with only 4 days now.

Partition suit
Dear Sir,
I am one of the plaintiff of title suit filed in 1992 for partition of house. Defendants are also submitted written statement in the court. the title suit is dismissed in 2005 or 2006 as plaintiffs as well as defendants are not giving attendance in the court. I was unable to chase the title suit because I am not living in the same city due to my job.
Now I again want to file a fresh title suit on the same property.
whether I can file new title suit as per the provision of law.
