Sir my brother was killed by ten members the case judgment revealed in Guntur session court ten accused got life imprisonment and 1000 rupees fine for each one they are ready to apply bail to high court is it possible to get they Bail from the high court what will they do for that what should we do for that stop bail .we are very confusion please give the clarification they have got life imprisonment under section IPC 148 and 147 and 149and 302 r/w and two.person. 302 directly got this.section

Dear Team,
I am a banker and i sell a life insurance policy to the customer with the customer concet. The customer sign the proposal form and also attend the welcome call by the insurance company in which the company agent discuss all the product and features of the policy plan with the customer and take the customer concet for issuing his policy.
And after 6 months the customer guided by his friend that you can be cheated by bank and the customer call me and threatening me that he case the f.i.r against me and take the legal action against me that i missell the policy to him
Pls guide me is this a missell to him by me and if he goes to the court is the legal action taken against me.

Hi,
I am working in a manufacturing company at Bangalore as per my service agreement which I signed during joining state that my notice period as 1 month but post my joining HR officer of our company circulated a mail stating the notice period has been changed to 3 month from 1.4.2015 which I have not received. I am resigning now company want me to serve notice period of 3 month.
My queries are
1) whether mail circulated above binding on me.
2) under which act I can sue company?

Hi, I was working in a PR firm in Mumbai (Registered under Bombay Shops & Established act) since past 7 years, I resigned from my post in Aug 2015 as company was offering a 50% salary cut for next few months due to losses.
I asked them settle my balance EL & Medical bill reimbursement on my last working day but company is denying it saying Medical reimbursement and EL is admissible only after completion of a year in service, since you are leaving company in middle of the year you are not entitled for Medical & EL reimbursement. They says I had joined company on May 15 and that's I could be eligible for reimbursement only after May 16, 2016.
Also note that we were getting only 21EL and 7CL while I read here in a separate post that according to Bombay Shop & Est. Act employee gets 21EL and 12 other leaves (CL & Seek Leaves) is that true? and if company is not giving seek leave then what action can be taken.
Please suggest what law says.

MY GRANDFATHER IS 85 YEARS OLD. HE IS AN ABSOLUTE OWNER OF A SELF ACQUIRED PLOT OF 2 DECIMALS. RECENTLY IN APRIL, 2015 HE GIFTED THE DEED AT HIS WISH TO MY MOTHER WHO IS A WIDOW. THE DEED IS REGISTERED LEGALLY AT THE SUB-REGISTRY OFFICE AND IS UNCONDITIONAL. I HAVE A UNCLE. ALSO MY GRANDFATHER HAS A DAUGHTER WHO IS MARRIED. NOW CAN THE DEED BE CANCELLED OR REVOKED IN ANY WAY. PLEASE ANSWER URGENTLY.

Its been 15 months marriage life, 6 months we have been together in abroad where he spent most of his time in chatting with his parents and sisters over phone call, i was very close with my in-laws and they too, he will be good to me until he makes call to his family after ending the call he will beat me till i get scar and blood and he will get some medicines to cure my injuries then he will say this living place is not good for us so we will change asap, i believed his sayings and kept quiet without intimating to anyone, meanwhile i got pregnant after checking up pregnancy he pushed me down for not informing to his mom eventhough he knows my call to my mother in-law but she didnt picked up my call, at my 4 th month of pregnancy we came to India and stayed in his house, his total family was upset on my pregnancy didnt showed up their good face to me, my husband left me at my home and sent a divorce notice also filed a complaint against me as torturing wife, i went to police station with my parents there SI solved our problem SI asked us not to care for divorce notice, he gave a written statement that he will make a call to me and send money monthly as per that he sent money only for one month after that he didnt call me again he sent a divorce notice, he didnt even care about my delivery and my son is 2 months old, he is not attending any call and blocked me in all way of contacts, i dont want to give divorce, i want my son to grow with parents, pls help me for not getting divorce, i want to live with my husband so pls help me

My wife wants to give witness as statement before the enquiry officer that when her husband was transfer in his absence supervisor under whom my husband was working came to her quarter and apolosed that he was under pressure from the Administration to give report against her husband for which he was issued warning letter. Please advice if my wife can give this statement in way of affidavit which is required to be given to Enquiry Officer and will this be valid or any adverse affect can take place, if supervisor refuses. Anyhow when supervisor came on the same day friend of my wife was there and she left when supervisor came.

Hi All,
Here's the query. 3 years back my grandmother claimed ancestors property using Legal HeirShip certificate. After claiming the property, she wrote a will for her 2 sons and 1 daughter.The will is written in such a way that, her son/daughter cannot sell the property till her death. After which, it shall go to settlement. Is there any way to settle the property to their grandchildren?
