Respected Sir,
I had to submit interrogatories to be answered by other party to the court for the leave of the court but court was busy on hearing argument & hence hearing has been scheduled six weeks later in November.
Three option are available with me.
1. Submit the interrogatories to the court for its leave before six weeks by way of urgent application & then serve interrogatories to other party answerable in November.
2. Serve interrogatories to other party first answerable in November & then submit interrogatories to court in November for its approval.
3. Wait till November & then submit interrogatories to the Court for its leave.
What is the best option for me. I do not want to waste this time.

Madurai High Court delivered judgment as confirmed the same lower court judgment in the First Appeal (civil partition case). Hence, please provide the reply for the following my query.
1. Can I file Second appeal or Review petition in the same High court?

Dear sir,
In last week my DV case interim maintenance application has allowed and court pass the order 15,000 per month from date of application. I filed the application 40,000 per month, b'coz my husband have salary more than 1 lakh per month. I have one 5 yers old son with me.
My quarry is
1. After pass the order when my husband give the money, b 'coz I know he was not give me single money. If he not give the money then court take any legal action to him.
2. He possible to stay on this order. If the stay is possible then what about my 15000 Order, from date of application.
3. My advocate told me we r going to section court and apply for more maintenance, so this is possible to file a petition in section court. ?
4. After file the petition in section court how much time take a result ?
5. How much fees for section court file. My advocate asking me half maintenance in section court, whatever is pass in section court.
6. Also in every time when I go in court his advocate pressure me in give the divorce to husband. They maintaly destroy me , in my backing support no one.
I want to fight with my husband in DV and Divorce case.
Please advice me.

I would like to know if i am entitled to have property share in my Deceased Brothers Property who died without leaving any WILL behind. I am told that as per Uttrakhand Law i am barred from having such rights . Please guide

Hello All expert,
I am In trouble as my matter is for argument.
the case is that the complaint has been filled against Mr. A and Mr. B of cheque bouncing.
The Mr. A is the signatory of the cheque. however the complainant has inducted B also with Mr. A by alleging him as a partner though he has not produced any cogent or even any evidence to that effect.
yes one thing he has admitted in the cross examination that the consideration he has paid to Mr. B. However he has no where stated that Mr. A has issued cheque in consideration of Mr. B liability.
My opinion is that complainant is not maintainble as Mr. A is the signatory and has not received any consideration and so also Mr. B is not the signatory to the cheque. I am expecting judgement on this point.

My query is thst in case of one of my friend ,his daughter and her husband living separstely and by mutual affidavit ,all goods /gifts have been returned to girl.Now,that boy is living with some another girl without doing any marriage like some religious homa etc.and he has one child ,whether he can be lible for offence and what when the name of boy as father of child is used.
