Hello,

I am resident on Madhya Pradesh and belong to general category. I got married on May 2nd, 2015. My husband is from Uttar Pradesh and he belongs to SC category.
I want to know that whether we can get Intercaste Marriage Incentives in Madhya Pradesh.
Please let me know about the procedures and amount which is given by Madhya Pradesh government.

My grand father-in-law(FATHER-IN-LAW FATHER) purchased a lease hold property (House) in 1960’s at new Delhi. He died in 1985 without leaving any will (INTESTATE). My grandfather-in-law left behind two sons & two daughters. In 1992 my father-in-law and his brother applied for mutation and conversion of property into freehold after obtaining NOC from their sisters and mother. Land & Development office converted the property into freehold and conversion deed was duly registered in their joint names. Now the property stand registered in the joint names of my father-in-law and his brother.

my husband and brothers in law running a general store in said Property.

My query:-
1.Is said property is a HUF property
1.What is my child's legal right in said property.
2. Since my child is their offspring what will happen to his share.
3 Is there any legal way to protect my child's right in that property.
4 Can I file any type of suit to ensure that my minor child's right in the said property is safe.

Men rights to divorce

Hi All,
Thanks for your advises to public. I have married 4 years ago living together with my parents and now having one boy kid. Also living separately with my wife.Due to d continuous quarrel between my wife and mother. Now again there is a quarrel between my wife and me as she is not taking care of child properly. Most of the Times I feel to give divorce but she is not ready to move out from my home and also not ready to give or accept Divorce. Please advise as how can I react in terms of giving divorce or what financial consequence I may face if divorced as I have a child (boy).

Tenanted property shop

Namaste Sir,
I am Arif PAtel. I am running scrap business from shop at zaveri bazar, mumbai. Before me business was runned by one Kantibhai who is Gujrati hindu. shop is of kantibhai he is the tenant of the shop. Kanti bhai is old and has no one to take care. I am taking his all care, food, hospital, medicine and handling his business. kantibhai wants to give his shop and business both to me after his death. kantibhai is very old and is ill. He want to make legal registered papers to give me his tenanted shop. please advice what should be done. I am Muslim and Kantibahi is hindu gujrati. please advice. kantibhai is unmarried and alone.

Parking issue with neighbour

HI m residing in Vadodara in a cooperative housing society where no president or any responsible person is there to look after society issues. My neighbour is creating me a problem parking his four wheelers, two wheelers in our driveway. coz of this the road towards my house remains blocked. as our opposite houses are closed, we manage to use their driveway with little space. 15 days back because of this we had a fight with him not physically. last so many months they were harrassing us by parking their vehicle in our driveway. but we never tell them thinking they are our neighbourn all. 15 days back when we were not able to park our four wheeler inside, i requested them to remove his four wheeler and park properly as half of our driveway he blocks with one four wheeler parked. then he refused to do so and were telling you keep your vehicle outside i will not move my vehicle and started abusing us.finally we managed and park our vehicle inside with exact space of our vehicle size. on 3 day i complained to police deptt. after 10 days police came and inquired and taken our statements and asked neighbour to report to police station on 2nd day. after that we dont know what happened.after 4 days police came to my house and informed us my neighbour has also complained for us and we have to go to police station. we went to police station, they have taken our statements and completed all formalities i.e. bail and all and closed this case. i asked police what is the meaning of my complaint. as still today only my neighbour has parked their vehicles in our driveways that also you can say permanently as they hardly take out these vehicles. two wheeler they parked horizontally so road towards my house remain blocked.my question is now whom should i contact who can resolve this issue. in my opinion this is society internal road. he should keep open the road for our driveway as he has parking space aside his house but still just to trouble us he park inside the house. as per new rule in gujarat, society president has to resolve these type of issues but as i mentioned we dont have any president or caretaker.in this case who should i contact.pl help me to sort out this matter as i want to live peacefully, i will be grateful to you. Thanx.. secondly which driveway we are using currently adjacent to one house is closed. its condition is not good. 20 days back only one window ceiling has broken. anytime any part of the house breaks. so it is very risky still we pass from this house only as opposite house ie. neighbour house has blocked our driveway towards my house with his four and two wheeler parking. now pl advise what should i do?
