I had deposited the sale proceeds of my inherited land an my savings bank account amounting to Rs.18 lacs in tne year 2012.The same amount has been utilised in purchasing my current house property in tne year 2014.Now, I have got a letter from income tax department as to why i had not filed a return for AY 2013-14 inspite of deposit of amounts more than 10 lacs in my savings account.My answer is that since the amount has been utilised in purchasing of a property of equal value,there has been no gain in the process and as per provisions of Sec 54F of income tax act, my gain is exempted. I need to mention that I have never filed income tax return as my taxable income is below the slab for an individual.Plz mention if my reply is correct and if i can file a return for that year now.

Hi All,
I request you all to help me with your expertise.
From last 2 months there is cold war going between me and my wife. we are 3 years old couple. ours is a arranged marriage. still we are not blessed with kids. we both are worried about it. inspite of going to many doctors(5 till now) we could not succeed as my wife is having problem with primary infertility. I spent lots of money on this already.
Till now I never man handled my wife (not even slapped). I never demanded money or anything from my in laws too. NEVER I misbehaved with any one. I am post graduate from IIT Institute.
My wife lost her father. Only her mother is there along with 2 married sisters. When ever any cold war or verbal banters happen between me and my wife , my wife's side relatives(Her sisters and their husbands) are flaring it up INTENTIONALLY. On 16th September my mother in law took my wife to a hospital and got one surgery done related to Infertility. I also went to hospital at morning 8 AM. But my wife and her MOTHER hurted me a lot and I lefted hospital immediately with depressed mind. My wifes surgery is done afternoon time. Yesterday on 17th September my wife is discharged and my wife left to her mothers house. After reaching there she called me and said that she wants to stay in her mothers house for 10 days. In recent past my wife developed habit of packing her bag and going to her mothers house and was informing me only at last minute.
After attending my wifes call, I started and went to my inlaw's house. I asked her mother if it is right on her part to take her daughter without even bothering to inform me. Discussions started. Turned in to arguments. All of a sudden my wifes elder sister along with her husband came(Not sure if they planned it before itself). My co brother(my wifes sisters husband) started talking what ever he wants. All of a sudden he started talking legal terms. He started provoking my wife to give complaint to police saying that I have harassed her. He started saying that he has close friends who are working as district judges, police department officials(Even though I dont believe that). and this thing went on.
When my cobrother is talking above all stuff my wife closed her eyes and slept. she did not respond. When my cobrother insisted her to call police station(dial 100) she did not. My cobrother started saying to my wife "If you dont complain I will make your mother complain against your husband". After 30 minutes time I left the place. I am back to my home.
I am really honest with you people. Not even a single line mentioned above is fabricated. I really mentioned the exact facts which has happened.
Could you please tell me how should I approach the situation now ? Is there any problem for me in any way ? Ideally what should I do ? Please advice.

i have filed a suit for permanent injunction order.
it is getting delay for hearing,judge remains frequently on leave.
if i can write to department of justice & legal affairs for this matter.
i want this case to be disposed off early.
if there is any other way so that the court may here it earliest and disposed it off.

Dear Experts,
Please comment on the below situation.
After 13(2) Notice against 3 Mortgaged properties, after completing the formalities u/s 13(3A) bank issued notice under 13(4) against 1st property.
Within 45 days the Borrower challenged all actions like 13(2), 13(3A) & 13(4) by paying full court fee applicable as per the claim in 13(2). Matter is listed for January 2016.
Meanwhile bank issues second 13(4) notice against the 2nd property, which is situated in another State. Borrower wants to file a put up petition annexing the second 13(4) for early hearing of the application already filed under 17(1)
But the Registrar DRT says for the second 13(4) put up cannot be allowed and the borrower must file another 17(1). IS IT CORRECT?
How many times the borrower need to pay the court fees to challenge an illegal 13(2) notice? Only because he cannot approach DRT before 13(4) the challenge was made after first 13(4)

I have submitted my resignation at AIIMS, with 3 mnths notice period and completed my last duty on 12pm 16/09/15, and done all the due file works before 3pm on the same day. But they were not issued relieving letter on that time and told me to collect it on 17/09/15, as i have to join on banglore nimhans hospital on 18/09/15(last day for joining). They are not issued relieving letter and not telling any exact time. What should i do in this condition? Can I get permission to join there, this is only office work delay ,otherwise i am ready to joi�.

As very recently I got selected for government job and I reside at Vijayawada resident of vijayawada and my wife native of Hyderabad filed a false DVC and. 498A case upon me in Hyderabad.
Will this effect my career in joining the job
Plz explain how the police verification will be done...
Am not arrested just an FIR was booked and sent to the court as the police understood that it's a fake case so under sec 41 they didn't arrested me.. Just filed a case and sent to the court...will this effect my joining...
Plz explain the detailed process of police verification.... Am a bit tensed so plz help me sir...plz clarify me the doubt of police verification
In attestation form which I filled there is no column about the pending cases... Just asked the SP OFFICE ADDRESS of my residence... So plz tell me how the police verification process will be done

i met with accident in sep'2013. i had parked car besides road, due to tyre puncture. An over speeding truck came from behind and hit us. i have suffered permanent disability for my right hand and has changed my life since then. we have filed case in court and still judgement has not been passed. its proved accident took place due to negligence of driver. truck was of venkoff chicken. but its the insurance who is fighting the case from opposite party side. till date no one from venky's side have approached us, not even to ask how am i doing. even driver run away from accident site. this has changed my life completely and i want to venkys to pay for all my suffering. need help on way forward...

I want to know about the law under which Charity Commissioner gives permission to collect "CHANDA" for festival celebrations on roads such as Ganesh festival or Dahihandi (in maharashtra).
Such "CHANDA" is shown as donation but mostly it is collected forcefully for their enthusiasm.

GOOD DAY THE HON'BLE JURY, my client is booked U/s 138 of N.I.Act, the proceedings is going i have a feeling that my client will not get justice hence i filed a transfer U/S410 of crpc and got a notice sent to the complainant in the mean while i want to stop the proceedings in the magistrate court, pl.adive how to do. thanks
