Dear Sir,
I had taken loan from Government of Odisha as a government employee which was not paid in due time. After my retirement, the Government is charging me the interest on the loan amount which is more than the principal amount. Is it correct?

Respected Experts,
One of relative got operated through Laproscopic surgery for hernia around eight years ago.
Now he is having problem in the portion where he was operated.
He wants to take treatment from some other doctor who requires CD of the earlier laproscopic surgery done.
The doctor who performed surgery is not ready to provide the CD on the pretext that same is 8 years old and is not easy to be located now.
Please advise that:
1. Is there any provision under law as per which doctor can be compelled to provide CD.
2. Is there any time limit given during which period CD of the laproscopic operation should be kept preserved by the operating doctor?

My grand father(abdul karim) had taken a lease from zamindar in 1962 of 21 year. In 1981 the west Bengal Thika tenancy act came in force, after that my father(MD dastagir) fill the form A and record his name as a Thika tenant but in 1994 a person name (Md Salim) came and claim that he is the real Thika tenant after that in 1996 the thika controller passed the order that thika tenant is my father (Md Dastagir) and in the presence of thika controller the zamindar's tell that the real thika tenant is my father(Md dastagir) and now in 2014 the zamindar's made a sale the property to someone else and now the zamindar's is showing a registered surrender leased paper, which say that my grand father(Abdul Karim) surrender the lease in 1979 before the thika tenancy came in force.
The said registered surrender deed is showing in 2015. ..
And now my question is if my grand father surrender the lease in1979 then why the zamindar's tell the thika tenant is my father(md dastagir) in the presence of thika controller.. The same thing is written in order paper 1996.
And my another question is surrender deed is made in 1979 and the deed is showing in 2015..
The deed is still valid or not?

Hi all;
I am from Uttarakhand. A Few months ago we 4 persons were attending a merrage barat in my village. Two persons were fully drunken, third one was drunk but ok and I did not drink. They finishes almost 5 bolleles of whisky/Rum. I was driving the car which belongs to the one of the over drunk person with us.
After return from barat I part the car and these two over drunk friends were sleeping in the car as they did daily.
Next morning one of them found dead because of over drinking. PM report says alcohol and is ok.
His brother is SI in UttaUttarakhand police. Now after 2 months one of his cousin trying to fired FIR against us (we 3) under ipc 302/201.
As Village panchay��t rules(I think so) DM is not giving this case to police but its been given to NT.
Now NT is calling us for statements and from some sources I heard that NT is calling us to arrest.
What should I do...!!!!!!

kalka police registered a wrong F.I.R against a family of himachal pradesh.
Dear sir/madam i am kulbhushan madiya and i have a sister nivedita madiya who is lawyer in nalgarh court comlex and last year 30 november 2014 she get married with pankaj sharma s/o kamal sharma r/o house no. 2107 basant vihar kalka, so after few days of marriage my sister was getting so much tourcher by her in-laws and now she filed the case against her in-laws in nalagrh court and her in-laws antispitry bail is rejected by session court then her mother in law, sister in law and husband get arrested under nalagarh police but her father in law mr.kamal sharma and other sister in law mrs. Dipika sharma are run away from court and not get arrested.
Then mr. kamal sharma's house put on fire on 10th july and same day they all was apear in court and we also apear in court. So he give the f.i.r in kalka police station that nivedita madiya's family are responsible for this offence. And kalka police registered the f.i.r under section 436 and also tourcher us for arrest because of political pressure. And police found our phone locations which is correct and in our favour and we have my mother school atendence record but police not doing any action and they threatning us that they will arrest us ...so please give me advise what should we do.

Hi i am working with HDFC BANK and my official working hours are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. But we used to sit by 9 pm regularly. My complaint is we are not getting any OT for the extra hours we are giving to BANK and that too on daily basis. We have a HR policy but it is of no use. HR of our bank is useless. We have a register where we are doing a oit entry. Request you tell me who will be the concern person for this. Need your help on this. If have the email id plz share.
2) Know there is a recent circular that 2&4 will be public holdidays for bank. But our unit head is against that circular. He is saying he cannot give on 2 &4 sat. It will be rotational as he is not to manage the workflow. He is literally doing a gundarajj and misussing his position power.
Need your help on this also

Me and one Mr.x(builder) entered in to an agreement for construction of a residential building in Tamilnadu. the agreement is executed in malayalam in kerala. The property belong to my son-inlaw, who native of tamilnadu is now abroad. The builder received full amount, but done only half work. I want to file suit for specific releaf to get an order for complting the work by the defendant. Can I file the suit in kerala or else I have to file it in Tamilnadu as tyhe property and unfinished building situated in Tamilnadu.?

Respected Lawyers, I had sent a draft of written objections to my lawyer by email in which I had agreed to sending a mail to my wife but claimed privelige under section 23 of indian evidence act.he verbally agreed to include all the points I had included in the draft.On the day of submitting documents in the court he tampered with the statements and denied sending mail to my wife and forced me sign it in the court itself. I want to change the written objection now.is it too late to claim privelige under section 23 in the revised written statement.
