Greetings,
An open piece of land given on Long term lease on "yearly rent basis". Permission to raise construction in the land was also given. Tenant made constructions.
Now, in order to determine this lease on the ground for non-payment of rent,
Question: Thirty days or six months notice to be given under 106 ?
Property in U.P., rent control act applicable in the area.

Dear Expert,
first of all sorry to post this as anonymous but since my case is going on i thought its better to do it that way.
I am involved in one case with few other people. its going on since almost two years and there have been ard 5 hearings. few in megistrate and few in session. i have been present in all hearing so far. although trial has not started yet acutally its been all dates so far. i have consulted a lawyer but not hired any lawyer so far. last time judge has asked me to hir a lawyer whereas other people have hired laywer but not collected chargesheeet and i have collected chargesheet.
now my lawyer is not available for this hearing due to ganapati and my health is not well..so is it fine if me or my lawyer can not attend this hearing as i have been regular in past and shall be regular in future also.
can this put me any sort of trouble?
What do you expert suggest?

Sir, an exparte decree of a suit was passed against defendants in the year 1994. Now the defendants is trying to set aside the exparte decree.Is it possible to set aside the exparte decree now (after 21 years of judgement)?

Hello sir, this is regarding help for a Close friend who is in trouble now with a sour relationship.. The friend had been in a relationship with a girl since one and a half year.. They had physical relations with mutual consent without promise to marriage being a reason for it.. After being in relation for 6 months boy found the behavior and nature of girl not good.. They were always fighting over small issue almost daily.. if he asks her why she get angry over irrelevant issues and fights with him, she would get annoyed and even blackmail him for suicide.. Later because my friend was going through exams he tried not to do anything that would annoy her ( which included irrelevant things like not going out anywhere with his friends even for important things) . She also used to disturb him during his working hours, calling him whole night, not letting him study for the exams and say abusive words and fight if says her anything. So, he used to tolerate her because of two things one her suicidal blackmailing and second he had exams within a couple of months.. He started developing hatred towards her for her such behavior. When she spoke about for marriage, he replied he would ask his parents after exams. After the exams boys parents denied and he had to shift to his native place. Girl has not spoken to her parents as she fears denial from their side as well. After that girl started messaging that she would Commit suicide and write a note alleging boy and his family as responsible... What to do now so as to help my friend as well as to sort out this matter out of court.. Also guide if a case occurs in this regard.

My father has two wives in which first mom died and my mom is alive i m son of second mom.Aftr my father's death we had both mom family member property settlement deed with notary.Our property is in d name of our first mom and v f staying here since last 40 years so now d property matter is goin on in tahsil office they hav rejected my plea and askd for d succession certificate to prove my relation wit my first mom. Can succession certificate b made to show relation with my first mom in case of property matter
