i am working on a permanent post of assistant teacher from 29 july 2013 onwards in up basic education department of up on 4200 grade now i m selected in direct recruitment in d same department same district varanasi on the grade 4600 on assitant teacher of middle school i applied for releive from my 4200 grade post with lien on it but d authority is not allowing me saying you are not a state employi weather it is right and what should i do for it plz help its urgent only 3 day left to join new post

If police has not present the CHALLAN within 90 day. Under which section the accused is able to demand a bail. Offence Is u/s 420, 406 & 34.

a person performed his second marriage without taking divorce from his legally wedded first wife. a baby boy was born out from the second marriage.what is the relevant section apart from 494 IPC.??

Had a pet dog.... Regularly vaccinated n was healthy.... Had no complaints abt my dog..... My neighbour whose goat was bitten by a street dog and died for which he kept poison..... My pet died yesterday eating that poison..... I need to take action against that culprit he has no rights to keep poison and kill dogs...

Sir, I m servicing in the indian air force since last 6 years. currently i m 27yrs old and i was 21 when i joined the service. my query is regarding permission to apply in civil post. Air Force orders are getting changed after specific tenure (as like other forces & govt organization in india for their smooth departmental administration) in which they hve mentioned rules regarding the same matter. earlier a person could join the civil govt organization if they were clearing any exam which was offering higher pay scale compared to current irrespective of class-I, II & III, however now air force have changed the AFO which says that a person can apply for the civil post only for the class-I (15600-39100) job as earlier it was different. now my point is when we join the armed forces or air force as per 6th pay commission as class-III (5200-20200 ) and there is no possibilities to get class-I pay band if we continue the service( except commissioning ) up to 57-58 years so indirectly we are getting compared with the pay band of class-I at the time of applying for the civil post which we will never get in the service. It is not possible to clear UPSC or other class-I positions for the soldiers while performing defence duties. But we soldiers also hve equal rights to progress in our career as like other citizen of india.
As per AFO we can apply for civil post only after 7yrs of service and that is also only for class-I, so that means a soldier is nt eligible for other class-II or higher than his current scale job.

Dear Learned lawyers and legal experts
I had a personal problem which I am going to discuss here for which I require a legal advice.
I am working in a govt bank and married a a small town girl from a middle class family(second marriage for both of us).From the very first day of the marriage she is complaining on petty issues regarding the marriage arrangements etc,after which she lived with my parents in my flat for about a month,and she starts misbehaving my parents and blame my mother who is old and always remain ill for not working etc. I regularly persuaded her for the duration as my parents are there for a short span to avoid quarrel.After which her parents came to live with us.Her parents from the very first day start taunting and passing sarcastic remarks for me and my parents and supported my her,I always tried to avoid the situation as I dont want to take ton on my head after hectic office work, during their stay we came to know that she is pregnant,but due to hyper thyroid there was miscarriage I tried my level best to get her treated in super specialty hospital and spend almost 70K for her treatment,after the miscarriage she and her parents start blaming me for not caring and tension and torturing me mentally,her father warned for dare consequences.She went with her parents for the change and getting rest,I booked the flight ticket for them and regularly sending money for her treatment,but even though she is fighting over the phone and had given me warning to book under fake cases,also she phoned my father and said the same.
Sir my question is if due to some ill intention she filed a fake case against me which she had said what will be protection for me,I am very tensed and not able to sleep properly and not able to even work in office my parents are also very much worried.
Kindly advice me what to do in such situation and how to come out of this situation(marriage)

Wife has filed DV against my whole family in 2009. Her cross and witness was over in 2012..she had also called my employer at that time. Now time for my evidence in 2015 . My cross is in progress. Meanwhile opponent lawyer has given application for production of my income papers from 2009, my house property registration docs which on loan in my name. What's d likelyhood or rigth court has to ask for produce those docs? Wud apex Cort entertain this? What should be my response to that application?

I'm Dr.M.Mallikeswaraja , currently employed under tamil nadu health department. They demanded for my original certificates on the day of admission following which i had to do so. Now I'm in need of my certificates for applying for higher education exams. When i approached them they simply rejected stating that i'm under a bond to serve them for three years. I am from Nagari andhra pradesh ..there are two cd shops with mobile shop near my home . The cd shop owner selling parited cds and blue film cds .most students are downloading blue film his mobile. The shop owner purchasing blue film cd at chennai.his supply to cds all cd shop & mobile shop all over in nagari.we informed to police .they aren't take any action. The cd shop owner running without permission for mobile shop & cd shop. Where should I move the issue plz suggest me
