Hi All,
I am Wilson I have a land which is Kumki nearly 1.5 Acre from past 25years, How I can convert it to own land. I have tried 10 years back to convert it,but not possible to convert it. Could you anyone please suggest how I can convert it.

Dear Experts I need your valuable advice on the subject.
My wife is asked to put her papers with a notice period of one month.The reason given is company facing losses. She completed 5 years in August 2015.
She informed the office about her pregnancy via mail in April 2015. After which there is one more team member was hired.
Now today her boss called up a meeting and asked her to resign.
As of now she has not accepted the request.
Kindly advice what law says in such cases. Can compony force her to resign by giving reasons like company loss or may be non performance. I was going through the maternity act 1961 which states that no establishment can fire a pregnant employee unless it's gross misconduct. What is the definition of misconduct as per the law.

Respected lawyers,
I am a second aquist in a case where ipc 308 is charged by police. Now it is over 3 years but it is not called for trials yet. I m aged 26;now I m shortlisted in 2_3 govt jobs. But the problem is: if the case stands will I get a govt job. I think it will definitely ruin my future. One of my friend told me the last day highcourts can quash cases. Is it applicable in my case as 308 ipc is non compoundable.? If its applicable should I get an no objection from the petetioner?

I am plaintiff in a suit for specific performance, enjoying absolute injunction on transfer of property by defendant.
Hearing in suit yet to begin.
Can I make a prayer petition to allow depositing consideration money with court?

I was visiting my ancestral village in tamil nadu along with my father. Land in my mothers name was being ploughed by a tractor. We objected to it. Our relatives attacked both of us. I registered a complaint with police station. Also my left hand ring finger was injured and was confirmed as fracture at government hospital. FIR was lodged based on my complaint under IPC sections 341, 324 and 506/1. Relatives were remanded and got bail thereafter.However on the next day of said FIR, my relatives have filed counter complaint & FIR under IPC sections 294/6, 341 & 323 against both of us. Can the same incident legally have two FIRs? We have to take bail at Police station or Court? Request help.

The contractor has done a very bad job of building repairs. He has given 5 years guarantee for Structural Work and 7 years for Painting work. Our committee has been informing him about the poor workmanship verbally I mean over phone. He had come and inspected twice but, keep giving excuses about Natural Heat/Weather are causing cracks,blisters etc. The leakages in the top floor flats he says due to terrace which was not in his contract. He had told us that terrace is fine and not required to be touched. He carried out pond test and said there is no leakage. If this is the case how come flats on the lower floor are showing leakages during rainy season. We have not paid his retention money and he threatens legal action. The building work done by him is still under his guarantee period. Since he claims there is no written information on the poor workmanship and/or damages we have now written to him saying since the work is still under guarantee you may attend to the same. He agrees but no action. Now as per contract disputes if any will be referred to arbitrator. WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER THE SOCIETY CAN TAKE THE CONTRACTOR TO THE CONSUMER COURT OR WE HAVE TO STICK TO THE ARBITRATOR.

My Friend Veeranaji (CA Final Student) From Andhra was taking his training under an Auditor in Chennai, He has Committed Suicide because of torcher and beaten up by the auditor.
He left his suicide dairy and mentioned clearly how that auditor use to threatening him that he will screw his CA Carrier.
I want someone to Come Forward with Social nominal Fees to help for this poor guy who belongs from Farmer family and he was the only hope for them that he will short out the financial problem.
I am attaching his Suicide note Dairy Written by him.

Under above circumstances what evidence do I need to prove the case of sexual harassment of women at work place?
