My Grandfather died leaving my mother and her Step Brother. The step brother is also deceased. Step brother has a son. Now an ancestral property is still in the name of my grand father. However, we have come to know that Step brother's son has entered into transaction.
1) Whether my mother has any right?
2) Whether being grandson, I have any right?
3) How is that my cousin, step brother's son can only have right?
4) Whether my mother can gift her share through power of attorney?
5)Whether I or my mother will have to apply to court for succession certificate?

i want to approve decree of agriculture (exchange and family settlement) from my natural grand mother but my father is adopted to my natural grand father's brother and my natural grand father have three daughter and one son.daughter and one son is agree to this family settlement and my natural grand mother also. my natural grand mother have 81 kanal 5 marla and want to share in three daughter and one son and my adopted father. can tell me this settlement is valid ? can it challenge in future by any person of daughter and daughter's sons or my grand father's son and his sons

I am a doctor by profession.one of my close relative has told me that he has lost money in some investment and his wife was asking about that money to him(his wife didn't know about that investment).So my relative convinced me and taken 4 checks of 3 lacks each without mentioning the dates saying that he will show these checks to his wife and tel her that money was given to me for short period of time ( checks are taken as security).After 6 months ,he started to blackmail and pressurise me.He deposited one of check in the bank without informing me .fortunately there were no balance in the account and check was bounced.As soon as I came to know i immediately done the stop payment of remaining ckecks.My relative then filed the case 138 NI against me.There are no documents of liability except one bank transaction ( 12 months back)from my relative account to my account of rps 5 lakh and from my account to his account of rps 1.5 lakh(10 months back).
Now how should I defend and prove that this is the false case ?

What are the legal working hours in a commercial establishment? How many overtime hours can be done in a day? What are the hours for a woman including overtime? Can you get permission to work long hours in certain conditions at times. An ongoing permission for long hours? Can we be prevented from working long hours when we do so for some urgent orders?

i want to know what i should do my husband married to me with ill intentions of money and now he and his parents are not allowing me to stay with them and want divorce by spoiling my life now he wants to marry another girl, my husband is imposing wrong blames on me and he wants divorce by claming me as mental. what i should do please let me know what judiciary says.

If builders role is existing or builder is not completing the entire development of the residential layout and not handovered to urban authority then the first owner can sell the house?
2 Any rule is existing in Karnataka that if builder is not handover the residential layout to urban authority individual house owner can not sell the house and enter in sale registration. Please give details.

A blank cheque signed or not signed given by X to Y for some purpose do not return was misused by Y and got huge amount from Z without knowledge of X. Both X vs Z unknown to each. Cheque bounced. Can Z file criminal case against X directly? Can treat as surety? What is legal status between x and Z?

We have applied for a film making e tender which was due on 30th Sept, 2015 and to be opened on 30th sept 2015 itself. It was opened.
The eligibility of tender was DAVP empanelment. We were empanelled with DAVP till 30th Sept, 2015 as per the records.
After the opening of the tender, on the basis of our papers, we were called by the PSU(CLIENT) for showing the original papers submitted. Today we shown them all the original of the papers submitted online yesterday and were asked to wait for making a presentation.
However, at the last moment we were asked that we cannot give presentation as today on Ist Oct, 2015, we are not in the panel.
Are the client legally correct?. Kindly advice ? as we feel injustice and sue them legally.

Gift deed without building is valid or not?
RESPECTED PANEL OF EXPERTS,
MY GRANDFATHER IS 85 YEARS OLD. HE HAS A 2 DECIMAL OF PLOT WITH A TWO-STOREYED PUCCA BUILDING ON IT.THE PLOT IS A HIGH VALUE COMMERCIAL PLOT. HE WANTED YO GIFT IT TO MY MOTHER. BUT WHEN I SAW THE COST OF GIFT REGISTRATION IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO COLLECT THE BIG AMOUNT. THEN I DECIDED TO REGISTER THE PLOT WITHOUT SHOWING THE BUILDING. MY GRANDFATHER GIFT THE PLOT IN APRIL, 2015 AND IT WAS REGISTERED THEN.NOW IF I WANT TO REGISTER THE BUILDING SHOWING IT AS A NEW CONSTRUCTION. CAN I DO SO WITHOUT PROBLEM? PLZ SUGGEST.
