sir, i am accused in 138 ni case.and i am a psu employee.one person filed a case with my signed cheque (it reached the other person through close relative). he forged my sign on promissory note stating that i had taken hand loan of 2,00,000/-rs.can I defend the case as sign on promissory note was forgery sign.what are the winning chances and if i loose can i go to higher court without loosing my job? plz answer me.

A persone who is court marshaled from indian air force can get passport ?even he has not done any offence he was absent without leave.

Sir,I got decree from lower court in 2013 with award amount but the concern department neither paid the claim amount nor appealed in the higher court.even they r not responding.kindly guide me in this matter.already the case is more than 20 years,I am loosing my confidence and faith in the system.

Hi All,
My Younger Sister's Husband died in a Road Accident, he was goverment employee. My sister's in-laws live seperately and they are money minded. When they seperated they took all money and house hold things in house and left nothing.As per new rule, to get Legal Heir Certificate/Family member Certificate all the family members names including his parents should be involved in the certificate. Now they are blackmailing my sister that they should get good share of money from LIC's and other benifits otherwise they will not sign the documents. My sister is mother of 2 kids who are havn't completed 15 years.
one is studing 10 th and other is studing 7th class.
Please advice me what to do, there is no other source of income for them. Her father-in-law is drawing pension.

RESPECTED PANEL OF EXPERTS,
MY GRANDFATHER IS 85 YEARS OLD. HE HAS A 2 DECIMAL OF PLOT WITH A TWO-STOREYED PUCCA BUILDING ON IT.THE PLOT IS A HIGH VALUE COMMERCIAL PLOT. HE WANTED YO GIFT IT TO MY MOTHER. BUT WHEN I SAW THE COST OF GIFT REGISTRATION IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO COLLECT THE BIG AMOUNT. THEN I DECIDED TO REGISTER THE PLOT WITHOUT SHOWING THE BUILDING. MY GRANDFATHER GIFT THE PLOT IN APRIL, 2015 AND IT WAS REGISTERED THEN.NOW IF I WANT TO REGISTER THE BUILDING SHOWING IT AS A NEW CONSTRUCTION. CAN I DO SO WITHOUT PROBLEM? PLZ SUGGEST.

My Grandfather died leaving my mother and her Step Brother. The step brother is also deceased. Step brother has a son. Now an ancestral property is still in the name of my grand father. However, we have come to know that Step brother's son has entered into transaction.
1) Whether my mother has any right?
2) Whether being grandson, I have any right?
3) How is that my cousin, step brother's son can only have right?
4) Whether my mother can gift her share through power of attorney?
5)Whether I or my mother will have to apply to court for succession certificate?
Kindly guide me.

i want to approve decree of agriculture (exchange and family settlement) from my natural grand mother but my father is adopted to my natural grand father's brother and my natural grand father have three daughter and one son.daughter and one son is agree to this family settlement and my natural grand mother also. my natural grand mother have 81 kanal 5 marla and want to share in three daughter and one son and my adopted father. can tell me this settlement is valid ? can it challenge in future by any person of daughter and daughter's sons or my grand father's son and his sons

Default - cgtmse loan
Dear Sir,
After passing out of my MBA, I started a manufacturing company and took a bank loan of 97 lakhs under CGTMSE scheme. Due to an unfortunate fire incident on 5th July, 2014 - our factory was gutted. As we defaulted on the loan, the case has now gone to DRT.
Some points on the loan: 1) Total Loan = 97 lakhs 2) Only primary security . No mortgage of property. No personal guarantor. Loan received under CGTMSE scheme. https://www.cgtmse.in/schemes.aspx
We are presently in very bad financial condition. We have no money to repay the bank.
What is the possible way out for me ? I have no money to even pay for legal fees.
