When a settlement deed is necessary with regard to immovable property? Is it mandatory to get it registered? Is it treated at par with a will? Can a settlement deed be cancelled or modified by its executor?

Hi, i have a question. Is it mandatory to get property transferee to wifes name after husbands death? How soon this needs to be done? Are there any issues if property is in name of husband even after his death?

My ex parte evidences case is pending for more than 1 year now and at every date court says that no time.
I am a foreign citizen and needs to go overseas for indefinite period.
Under CPC or any other law can i file application for exemption until of my return from overseas for indefinite period so that the case is not dismissed for my not appearing.?

Dear Sir,
There is no mention of procedure in the Maharashtra Co-op Soc. Act/Bye laws for endorsement of share certificate when a member changes his name by publishing in a official gazette.
Do the society have to obtain a membership application from the member who has changed his name and then endorse the share certificate?
Please clarify.

Dear Team,
My clients wife has filed a maintenance (125 crpc) and an ad interim maintenance order was passed without any notice and the same had been stayed by us through District Judge
Again she filed DV u/s 12 suppressing the above fact and again an ad interim maintenance passed by another JM. Plz advise what are cases and against which sections we can file against the wife and also can the DV be stayed, my client has already filed restitution
Secondly is there any judgement passed recently by SC that if husband filed restitution then maintenance is not applicable, if yes plz share me the judgement

we are running msw charitable trust,under maharashtra waqf board.under our trust there
is 8 tenants who are living in it from last 30 years, but unfortunately we cant recovered rent from last 20 years. now they are doing so many illegal things like, construction, light meter connections, water connections and so on, on their own name, and the authority already issued the above connections on their name but the ownership is belongs to the trust. so plz. help us how to cancelled the light meter, water meter, connection and how to recovered the last 20 years rent.

Dakhil and kharij
My property is located in patna on the ganga side. Registered in 1990. However due to lack of knowledge we thought property tax people added the names and it's dakhil - kharij. Later, we came to know the fact and visited anchal office and found its mentioned "gair majora". Wanted to know can we still get it done in our name? And is it possible someone can claim the property as per law if my property dakhil kharij is not done at the moment. Please help with us valuable advise.
