Dear Sir.,
My wife has file MC against me last 3 years back.,that time i didnt get any summons.,but cocern Megistrate has given exparty order that time.,but my wife also didnt ask me anything about money till date. But recently they reviewd that petition and asking areares from 3 years and i got summons now.,so my lawyers put review petition regarding this to cancel the previous order.,bcz we didnt get any notice.,
My question is there any rights to cancel that petition which they given earlier? We are planning to go High Court regarding this case to quash that Order? Plz suggest me?
And one more question at the time of my left from she has taken some Gold Ornaments with her.,while asking now she is refused to give back the Ornaments.,regarding this give me any suggestion to get back my Gold Ornaments(Its worth approx 3 lakhs)

Sir,
I am working in Enviroway bioscience Pvt ltd,as Sr.technical executive,
And I was in Rajasthan at company's client site for troubleshoot the problem related environment till 6 days in last week of June,2015 at that time I was getting food poisoning due extra spicy diet and work.
And I inform my immediate senior about all this they guide me that u may leave and I was informed my company about taking immediate leave,
And due to this reason they send me termination letter with the reason that is your business development performance is not better,but that time I am not in BD team last 4 month,I focus only technical problems at site.
But I don't have problem about termination because due their management system I was taken leave from 1-5th July 2015,and they had mailed about termination on 3rd July that your service end up from 1st July.How they do like this.
But I am not worrying about that.
And till not HR is jot picking my phon about full and final, when I was gone to office HR count me hr policy that after 45 day I ll be done but still it is not completed.and this HR do like this many of the ex employees who resign from company through proper notice,they do like this act,hold all FNF.
So sir please guide me about this
If any one help me out my family condition not in good at this time.

What is the next step after quashing 498A? Do we keep waiting for the opposite party to take action or oppose the quash? How much time does HC give the opposite party to respond?

I got divorce through Notary. But later she filled a case in family court under crpc 125 for maintenance. She mentioned in notice and filled an affidavit in Aug.2012 that she has no income and she is dependent, though at that time she was doing job in a NGO. I called for her IT return for last three years in court. It is clearly indicated in return that TDS is deducted by NGO and Refund cheque also issued to her. She was terminated from job in 30 Jan 2013 due to performing Monetary SCAM in NGO. She joined as teacher in a pvt. school. I also got her EPF Slip from that school. It was shocking for me that her EPF was deducted since DEC-12. My questions are:
1) On the light of above, can any actions be taken against her to cheat the court by filling the wrong affidavit...?
2) It is noticeable that during the period of DEC-12 & JAN-13 she was doing Job in NGO and SCHOOL simultaneously, as TDS deducted by NGO and EPF deposited by SCHOOL for the same period. Can a person doing two jobs at two places simultaneously...?

whether a criminal is discharge from criminal liability can it be applicable to civil libility under cheating, CHEQUE BOUNCE etc.

Sir, We have purchased New Tenure land (Navi Sharat Jamin) from Kool in Gujarat & he has not paid premium to state govt. & Conditions are that 30% payments will be given immediate & rest 70% will be given after New tenure land gets converted in to Old tenure. whether we can prepare Agreement to sale (Sathe Khat) after making 30% payment immediate with the above conditions that 70% payment will be made after conversion of land in old tenure. or there is any restriction that sathe khat can not be made till the conversion of new tenure land in to Old tenure land

i am working in state govt psu in Rajasthan.it's have a probation period of 2 year.they have put a condition that if i leave job before 2 year i have to compensate salary received from them or 2lacs .for which they made a bond and i signed it on joining.one more bond from govt employees have been executed if i don't pay them on judicial stamp paper.
now after 4 months i want to leave job,but don't want to pay salary because i heard that bonded labour is not allowed in india and as per constitution every person has right to work.
please suggest me any way

Procedure & cost to withdraw case from state consumer forum delhi
Respected Lawyers,
I need your valuable guidance in withdrawing the case from Hon'able State Consumer Forum Delhi.
I had filed a case against a builder for delay in possession of my flat through a Lawyer (searched online). Now that I have reached an amicable agreement with the builder, I want to withdraw the case from Hon'able State Consumer Forum Delhi.
Today I spoke with my Lawyer to withdraw the case and he told me that it would cost me Rs.12000/- or more to withdraw the case. Respected Lawyers, I wanted your valuable advise as to how much it costs to withdraw a consumer case? Also, can I myself go ahead and withdraw the case and what is the procedure for it? What all documents would be required to withdraw the case as all my case papers are with my lawyer.
Please suggest. Thanks in anticipation.
