A Power of Attorney document has been executed by the petitioner (principal) before a notary public in India, authorising his father to act on his behalf for family court proceeding of contested divorce matter.
In the document of power of attorney, the notary public has mentioned that,” In witness where of, I the undersigned have set and subscribed my hands on this __ day of __(month) ,__(year).” In the document of power of attorney, the Notary public has signed, affixed the appropriate notary stamp and endorsed that,” SINGED BEFORE ME” on ____ (date/month/year),
The POA document has not been attested by (other) two witnesses.
The POA document has not been authenticated by Registrar or sub-registrar. It has not been authenticated by any magistrate. The POA document has not been presented for any registration.
Que: Does this activity of Notary public on power of attorney document called as 'Authentication'? Does this power of attorney valid according to Section 85 of the Indian Evidence Act? How?

My debit card has been misused after knowing the details via fraud call.
I have number of the person,
As per legal action is being concerned i have lodged FIR against that person.
My question is that bank is not helping me in tracing out the POS transaction details.
Please help me out how can I deal with bank to get reimbursement for the loss.

i had given a loan to a friend of 7,50,000/- n also made an agreement for that loan
Agreement period expired on April 2015 n i asked him to return my amount
He told me to give me 3 months time as mentioned in the agreement
later he refused to give the money but eventually we had a compromise amone mutual freinds n told me he will return my amount in 2 installments n will give cheque for that amount
he gave me cheque for 3,75,000 dtd 17.09.2015 n 2nd cheque on 17.11.2015
Now when i deposited the cheque it is bounced
what can i do now to recover my money
i also came to know that the account no longer exists neither the firm
how cani claim me amount . pls help me

Respected Sir/Madam,
My query is related to Transfer of an immovable property given by my grandfather to my uncle via gift deed..
Que: My father bought an immovable property arnd 28yrs back which was our residence till last year.. this property was purchased by my father after selling ours old residential property in the name of my grandfather..
When the partition happened betn my father n uncle, my grandfather made a gift deed in favour of my uncle without intimating us about the same.
What are the remedies available to us for the same..??

My Mother and Father own a shop at Thane Maharashtra my mother is 1st Holder & My Father was 2nd holder,, As my Father being 2nd holder of the shop has expired and left a Will in my name but the will is not Registered and it is hand written on stamp Paper and Notarized by Advocate.. Can i still claim my Fathers share of shop as he was being the 2nd holder of the shop or is there any other way

Complaint under section 138 NI Act was filed on 4.9.2015 and listed on 8.9.2015 but returned under section 201 Crpc by the learned MM since the ordinance expired on 31.8.2015. Since the ordinance has been promulgated again, can the complaint be filed again as there is delay of 22 days.
