Hi,
I had an query about leave treatment during notice period.
There are many views on leave treatment during notice period. Few companies allow to adjust the leaves in notice period or even to take leaves. But most of the companies do not allow leaves to be taken or adjusted from the day employee resigns.
I am looking for clarity on this.Can some one let me know if there is any legal document which clarifies that leaves can be adjusted against the notice period or they could be availed during the notice period.

Hi ,
I have some farming land. I gave it to somebody just for farming (no any written document between the two ,verbal only) .It is almost 20 years he is using that land for farming. Can he claim for the land .Is there any law like this ?

Sir,
I am staying in the Hsg society which is not registered under Co-op Hsg Act. In the society there are two shops inside the building running private coaching classes for University Courses. The society members has objection regarding the running the classes in the residential premises. Kindly advice us.

I issued a post dated chq to my loan financer ......on the date of chq I was in jail in other false case which has been quashed bY high court... he knew it but he presented the chq and chq bounced ...his lawyer sent me notice in jail......through jail authority I got the same......but my lawyer did not respond of same notice ......now my financier has registered case in court and court has issued notice to me..... Will my jail period help me in the case that I was in jail and how I could make payment etc.

The fine was imposed in the civil suit to the plaintiff which is required to be deposited separately. If not deposited , how to recover ?
whether execution can be filed or not.?

Respected Sir,
A Flat is in the name of my father and me in Kolkata, WB. My father is died in previous months. Now as I second owner, I would like to now become 1st owner and my son to be 2nd owner. My mother live with me and my 3 sister married and live with their family outside. My sisters and my mother also agree with my decision. So kindly give us the needful advice.

Dear sir,
I am working for the past 4.3 years in a private ltd company as a field work,recruited in H.O.now i am working in Head office itself.i have asked how much E.L is available for me.H.R said no E.L for the field workers.my company is in tamilnadu Shops and Establishment act 1947.i have taken leave 8 days once in a year only, that also they deducted my salary.so kindly tell whether i am eligible to get a E.L or not.my joined date in this company july 2011.

Citi bank lien
Respected experts,
My name is Shanti agarwal. Five years back i had a credit card. The limit of credit card was 15000/-. I paid around 18-20k at that time and after that stopped paying and shifted to a new city.
My question is now after 5 years citi bank has put a lien of Rs 45000/- on my hdfc account. Can a third party bank has the right to do so. I was aware that only the mother bank ( i mean citi bank will put lien only on his bank account) can do so. How Can citi bank can put lien on my hdfc account. Is it right lawfully??
Kindly guide on this please.
