Company ‘A’ is located at Silvassa, D.& N.H.(Purchaser)
Company ‘B’ is located at Vapi, Gujarat. (Job Worker)
Company ‘C’ is located at Mumbai, Maharashtra. (Seller of Raw Materials)
Company ‘A’ has appointed Company ‘B’, located at Vapi, Gujarat as a job worker. Company ‘C’ is the raw materials supplier. The moment of goods are as under:-
1. Company ‘B’ does job work for Company ‘A’.
2. Company ‘A’ order for the purchase of raw materials from the Company ‘C’ located at Mumbai.
3. Company ‘A’ instructed Company ‘C’ to directly deliver raw materials at the location of Company ‘B’
4. Company ‘B’ received raw materials from Company ‘C’.
5. Company ‘B’, process the raw materials so received and dispatch the semi finished goods to the Company ‘A’ along with jobwork bill and Form 402.
The query is:-
1. Whether Company ‘B’ is liable to issue Form F for the materials received for job work & which value show on form?
2. Whether Company ‘A’ is liable to issue Form F for the processed materials received from Company ‘B’? What should be the amount of Form ‘F’? (Whether cost of total materials only or cost of total materials + job work charges or just the amount of job work charges)

Immovable lease hold property at matunga, mumbai acquired and possessed in joint name of husband and wife and husband died intestate without leaving any will and the said deceased have left behind him widow, son and married daughter as his heirs and both husband and wife have each 50% shares in said property.
Q.1 said deceased wife wants to release her 50 % shares in said property and also release the said deceased estate in favour of her son so i want to know what is the distribution shares and what documents should be prepare as gift or release ?

Recently settled with opposite party regarding a criminal case in mediation(lower court) and went to high court for quashing cross FIRs .In High court found out that the accused in our FIR works in that very court only( present in court in front of the judge at that time) Now The high court order mentions different conditions against as agreed upon in the the mediation and quashes both FIRs on these conditions. I dont want to accept the new terms , what is the remedy available can i appeal against this order in high court , what is the time limit allowed for the appeal

Fake CAR Loan Scam..., 4Accused in FIR, 2ACCUSED Converted as WITNESS by mistake.. now before Chargesheet under which Section of Law. they can Convert as Co-ACCUSED... ?
Police atlast Agreed that they did Mistaken by thinking that they are just Employees but after investigation Police also like to Help all Complainants..
so please provide some valuable advice that in Court anybody can Presume as EMPLOYEE without a Valid Employment Contract... ?
all 4 Accused Cheated many people and atlast we Found that they all have FAKE Voter IDs and now claiming that they are innocent after Arrest....

Hello sir, I am getting married to a guy who is divorce, and he had married to an Indian Girl before 2 years. After that he got his divorce from Canada. He went to the court, filed application, and then court issued the order for divorce. Divorce paper was sent to that girl and boy. So is this a Valid divorce in India?

मै फैजावाद यू पी का रहने वाला हूँ! यह प्रश्न मेरी बहन के सन्दर्भ मे है|27 फरवरी 2015 को मेरी बहन की शादी हुई थी| लडके की नौकरी रेलवे में लगने वाली है उसके पिता जी की जगह जिनकी मृत्यु हो चुकी है| लड़के की नौकरि देख कर ही मेरे घर वालो ने ये शादी की थी| शुरुआत में मुझे लड़के के घर वालो का आतंरिक कलह नहीं पता था| वे सभी आपस में ही पूरी तरह से परेशान रहते थे| बहन की शादी के बाद उन लोगो ने उसे भी अपनी आतंरिक कलह का शिकार बनाया| एक दिन तो लड़के की दीदी और जीजा ने लड़के की माँ क साथ मिलकर बहन को सुबह ही जलने की कोशि श की बहन क चिल्लाने पर लड़का और उसका बड़ा भाई आये और माँ को मारा और बहन को दूर किया| उस समय बहन ने मुझसे या मायके में कुछ नहीं बताया कारण था की उसके पति ने कहा की घर पर कुछ मत बताना नहीं तो मेरी नौकरी पर दिक्कत आ सकती है|और इस घटना के बाद उसने और उसके बड़े भाई ने बहन को मायके ला कर छोड़ दिया ये कहते हुए की अब जब नौकरी लग जायेगी तो बहन को ले कर जायेंगे|
ये बाते की बहन को वहा जलने की कोशीश की गई मायके में बहन क आने क बाद पता चली| हम लोगो को लड़के ने भी बताया की ऐसा हुआ है लेकिन ये कहते हुए चुप रहने को बोला की मेरी नौकरी पर दिक्कत आ जायेगी सो आप लोग अभी कुछ मत करिये नौकरी क बाद वो बहन को अलग लेकर रहेगा| इसलिए हम सभी शांत थे| 5 महीने बाद अचनाक वो बहन की विदाई की बात करने लगा वो भी बिना नौकरी लगे हुए। और बहन के साथ जो कुछ भी वहा जलने वाली बात हुई थी उसको भी कहने लगा की सब झूठ है| अभी बोल रहा की यदि बहन कओ नौरात्रि में विदा नही किया तो वो उसे नहीं रखेगा| हम लोग कोई केस नहीं करना चाहते है। और बहन की सुरक्षा भी चाहते है। हमें अब डर है की वहां जाने पर बहन को बहुत प्रताड़ित किया जायेगा और हो सकता है की वो सब उसकी जान भी ले ले। मैं और मेरे घर वाले चाहते है की रिश्ता संभल जाये| फिलहाल कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा है। आप विशेषज्ञो से इस बारे में सलाह चाहता हूँ। धन्यवाद!

Name change
Sir I changed my name through gazette and I got email copy of name change gazette document, my name is included with few more other people . Further concerned lawyer told that I will get hard copy of this gazette document in a month and I want to know whether I'm going to get gazette hard copy separately on my name alone or else just in group. Moreover I want to know whether I need to change my name in all my educational certificates. Please kindly suggest
