Hello to all of you:- Mine is Srikanth writing this from Tamilnadu. I have a query which is below.
My grandfather made partition of his properties for my father and his brother in the year of 1973.
We are 2 sons and 3 daughters.- My elder brother already got some of properties from my father through partition. In addition to that my father did one gift settlement to my elder brother in the year 1992-the same got registered. My father passed away in the year of 1994- also remaining properties are not partioned. My elder brother is not co-operating for any of the property.
My questions are:-
1.Can ancesteral property gifted to one legal heir?.
2.Can we cancel the gift settlement thru legal.
3.What is the process for recovery and its success rate?.

I went with my younger brother to drop him at his examination center for 10th class exam on 3/10/15 as time was going to be up students were coming out of their exams and I evev shifted toward gate of center , I received my bro. He told me that umc has been imposed on me for a chit which merely lying behind me , I decided to meet a person that why he had made umc on him as I was requesting the police person on duty to let me go and meet the person but police person did not listen me and cought ,to take into custody and imposed an ac ipc188 is this mean I lost my career or I don't have noe future as I was preparing for upsc since last 2 years and am a b.a.m.s final proff student please help me I am in very trouble
Plz tell me what to do abs what not?

My friend got married and the marriage jst lasted for one day. The bride seems to be mentally instable and created lots of scene right from the marriage hall. Hence bridegroom asked for seperation. The girl accepted for divorce and signed while mediation in the police station and also took money for just one day.
Now again the girl and the family members are coming and creating nuisance to the boy.
Does the boy need to file for divorce again or does dat mean the divorce is done.
Please advise

Dear Sir,
I request for a sincere advice for the following.
A review petition is sought by UoI, in Hon. High Court. But UoI is not paying the necessary Penalty and other charges, intentionally. Thus, the notices to respondents are deliberately being delayed.
Is there a legal provision, under which, the affected party, can take up the matter to Honorable High Court for Dismissal or Speeding up the issue of notice.
Would be grateful for a kind & considered advise at the earlier time.

Dear sir / madam
I have a query that if a person submit a fake experience certificate in his government job and after 1.5yr there department found that this is fake certificate. Then what would happen. Is any case will b there. N suppose there is case then how that person save his job. Is there is any possibility.......

sub-company dose not pay my salary/bonus/leave incashment
Dear sir,i am working a pvt company two years.last three months salary may 2014 to july 2014 dose not pay.now i am case in labour court,company agree to payment three months salary and bonus.not any retrechment
and leave in cash no other benift.i am worked out station raigarh chatishgarh site.company not termineted me.if company dose not pay my salary .icome his branch office dose not sign in register,
please god suggection give me.

Dowry case threat
I'm in job sector in delhi and my brother,his wife and my parents live in kanpur.my brother's wife is threatening to file false dowry case. In case she registers a case how can i keep me and my parents safe from the case, so that we can also legally fight better for my brother.
