SIR IAM ASSISTING TAX CONSULTANT AND I AM ALSO TAX PRACTITIONER CUM ADVOCATE.NOW MY PROBLEM IS THAT OUR VAT SITE I.E RAJTAX.GOV.IN IS NOT SERVING AS IT SHOULD BE.AND SOMETIMES DURING RETURN LAST DATE IT CRASHES .
SO MY QUERY IS THT CAN WE FILE AN WRIT PETITION AGAINST RAJASTHAN COMMERCIAL TAX DEPT. FOR SERVICE NEGLIGENCE.

After 10 years completion of marriage my wife left my home and lodged a false 498a,406,4 cases on me and my family members on behalf of her father in rajasthan merta road.she lived with me in surat.opposition party went to the court and by using 156/3 false insidence was created by them that we all family went to the merta road on 5may 2013 and demanded 2.5 lakhs of rupees from my wife and in laws.their nieghbor had been standout for gavah.on that day my father and sister and my self too were on our job.me amd my sister muster roll shows the attendance of ours in our company.we are in private job.case is under trial.wrong charge sheet was made by io inspite of our neighbours told him that there is nothing in this case like dahej or harrasment.the girl was of angry mind and never listen to anybody.this is just for harrassing these innocent people and her father is financially strong and the sister of the boy is married to girl's brother so just to create pressure dont say anything to my daughter and bear everything what she is doing according to boy's father in law.neighbours gave all bayans and documents in favour of me but the io didnot represnt any of them in court and told the girl had been harassed for dahej.pls help now what to do

Dear experts ,
I would like to know if an accused makes a 161 statement to police confessing his crime about stolen goods and where he hid it and also the involvement of other co accused , but in the Court he retracted from such statement and it was not duly recorded as per 164 , then what will be the value of such statement regarding the case .? Does such statements amount to confession ? Does it will have any impact on other co accuseds regarding their bail petition ? Furthermore all the accuseds are under 18 years .
I would be glad if anyone clarify it .

am new to the forum .I am a graduate and would like to appear for civil services .My caste is mentioned in the TC is lingayath. But , my sub caste is ganigar and there is no solid document proof to justify that. There is OBC reservation provided to my subcaste and not for caste . please suggest me whether it is possible for me to get subcaste certificate without any document proof

the case is 8 years old regarding a land, it was in the high court and now transfered to the city civil court. the agreement with him was made by my father and then a supplement agreement was made by taking my mothers and my signature (when i was 17),saying that the property will be transfered in ur name. the land was then sold to the second builder thinking that the facts are disclosed and proper paper notices given, but instead of comming with the documents the old builder filed a suit for specific performance after some 13 years of the agreement.and now the third party is insisting that we make a conveyence deed in his name and we are afraid that he may file a complaint against us for cheating him.what do i do, i am ready to return all the money with interest of the first party whatever was taken by my father(if taken..this is what the first builder says)..how do i go about it???

About cancellation of candidature from n.i.t. college
My brother has done B.C.A by distant mode from M.D.U. Rohtak. His 6th sam. Completed in june 2015. And he got admission for M.C.A. in N.I.T. Durgapur. The result of 6th sem has not been declĂ red by M.D.U since now. N the authoritIES of N.I.T. are saying to cancellhis candidature if he fail to submit migration till 5nov. 2015. What to do to save his candidature, plz suggest.
