Dear Sir,
We have a property in a chawl under Pagdi system in Mumbai since 1976. My mother expired in 2006 & there after a builder purchase the entire compound for redevelopment. He has not took room rent from any tenant nor issued rent receipt so far. In between he has prepared an agreement of redevelopment in my father's name to develop entire property under SRA. We have left this property since 2010 & staying in other property on rent. Meanwhile we also given this property on L & L to some near by relatives. Builder has so far not develop the property & now asking rent from everyone. While we are agree to pay the rent he is issuing the rent receipt in my mother name. For changing the rent receipt on my father's name he is asking nominal transfer charges. He is also asking to produce indemnity bond & affidavit. Appreciate if you could advise what legal document we should produce so that property can be transfer to my father's name. Do we need to pay the rent to the builder as he is claiming that he is the owner of the property. Does builder has right to take any action against us as we have sub-let the property without his consent. Please advise.
Thanks

Sir
after death of grand father , mutationin records were made in name of my father and two uncles as 1/3 each and name of one sister was left out mentioning that as per local custom female do not take share and her marriage to be performed by brothers and not interested, without any written document.afterwards ,my one uncle released his share in favour of other uncle without consent of my father
and his share became 2/3 in revenue authority record, now my father demands 1/3share , then uncle instigates sister to demand her share after 20 years .whether such unauthorised release in his favour attracts criminal action under ipc to check his activity
thanks in advance.

Sir(s),
A female employee of coal India ltd died in service, her daughter applied for employment on compassionate ground, the request was rejected by the management saying that "the marital status is suspicious". Company has a rule to give employment on compassionate ground to unmarried daughter only.
Then after, the minor son of the deceased lady applied for employment on compassionate ground, this was also rejected, as company has a rule that Male dependent of age more than 12yrs will be kept on live roaster and will be appointed on completion 18yrs of age.here the dependent son is between 11 and 12yrs as per school certificate but more than 12yrs as per service record of deceased employee.
Can this family be helped anyway...

Im from tamilnadu and i own two wheeler for past 3 years.
Next month I am moving to Pune for new job. So I am planning to take my two wheeler with me.
I am going to stay only for few months. (6 months - 2 years).
Do i need to re-register my bike in Pune if i am staying for less than 12 months.
What is the validity of NOC certificate?
