Not getting a commission as a recovery agent

Dear Sir/Maám,

I've worked as a recovery agent for Central Bank of India for the year 14-15.Not a single penny has been paid to me for my services. The agreed commission ratio was of 4% of the recovered amount.

I was even given an apreciation letter from the bank for excellent recovery, but when I approached the bank(Bank manager, RO, ZO, Head office)through email correspondance & persoal meeting for the comission I was asked to produce 1.) Letter of Appointment 2.) List of accounts assigned 3.) List of accounts in which recovery has been done.

I was the recovery agent and had a field work to do, to go and knock the doors of the NPA account holders and defaulters. I repeatedly went to all those whose list had been assigned to me.

According to me, It's the bank's duty to let me know who has deposited the amount from the list assigned to me.I was told once hat I've recovered 1.50 croroe approx commission to which amounts to 6 lacs.

No appointment letter has ever issued to me for the post of a recovery agent but on the contrary a letter for the post of BF (Business Facilitator)has been issued for me by the bank manager to the RO for their consent in this respect of which I've a xerox.

I was simply asked to do the recovery for the bank and the bank manager assured me to leave the rest on the bank.I was even asked for the police verification in this regard. The bank manager himself wote on the bank's letter head to my area police station to provide a verification of me, and which was done by the respective police station.

I've made repeated complaints in this regard to the Regional office, to the chairman of the bank, Zonal office and showed them all the papers I've with me but all in vain. I've sent a legal notice to the bank for the same and I was assured by the RO that I would not need to go to the court and they will solve the matter within two days. It's been a month and nothing so far has come from them. They are not even replying to emails now.

I would like to know that how can a bank issue a letter of appreciation for recovery without appointing the person. I was said I've been appointed, I trusted the bank as I was unaware of all the technicalities regarding the appointment.

Now I am seeking experts opinion on this as where to approach now for complaint. Should I go for the civil suit or is it a matter of consumer court. Secondly, Can I complaint to the RBI, Banking Ombudsman, CVC and other government agencies for the same.

Registration of re-marriage

Divorce decree was awarded in Oct 2014. Re-marriage is in Dec 2015.

When registering the second marriage, do I need to attach all 4-5 pages of the judgement along with the Divorce Decree or, just the divorce decree?

My divorce decree has spelling errors which were corrected by the court (I have the application and subsequent judgement to correct spellings as well)and the copy is stamped with "Certified True Copy". Do I need to get this attested again, or will this be enough?

Thanks.

Compensation

I'm a victim in a criminal case. I complained to police but they conspired against me as a result of which I lost nearly 22 years in just complaining to the higher officers in police department and to chief secretary. Should I have to file writ for compensationbefore high court or suit in civil court or ask compensation in the magistrate court. I was told that I cannot get huge amount as compensation in magistrate court.

Macp

An employee was degraded because of major penalty from grade pay of Rs. 5400/- to rs. 4800/- in PB-2 wef 1 Oct 2011, But MACP arrears is to be given to him in 2015 wef Sept 2009, in which his revised pay will fall under PB-3. So, i want to know that due to MACP his pay should be fixed Grade pay of Rs. 5400/-n in PB-3 or with Rs. 4800/- in PB-2 due to penalty.

127 crpc

SIR,
The fact is:
1. Wife leave matrimonial home.
2. She file maintenance case u/s 125 crpc against wife and maintenance granted.
3. Husband file divorce case on ground of cruelty and divorce is granted.
4. Wife file 127 crpc for enhancement of maintenance amount.
5. Husband oppose 127 crpc file by wife stating there is no neglegency and refusal to maintain wife from his part as per the judgement where divorce is granted by court, so wife is not entitled for any maintenance.

Sir,
What may be the outcome of the case ?
