Dear Sir,

my wife has filed divorce case on cruelty and petitioner evidence has closed.

I have 2 query :

How to submit whats app messages in the court as judge is saying to call service provider. Also, there are pictures & video from family function but judge is saying original device is required on which it was saved and has told to submit all the other documennts in original.

if my wife withdraws her petition on respondent evidence stage, is it allowed and can she again use the same cruelty ground for filling case after some time.

Framing recruitment rule reg

Sir

The Department of Transport has engaged me as a DRM since 25.05.2007 after following all codal formalities for this recruitment like written examination etc. I served this Department till july 2010 and I joined one private banking institution and served till 07.08.2013. Again I was employed as a Junior Programmer in the Department of Transport, A & N Islands on contractual basis since 08.08.2013. This appointment was also made after giving wide publicity in media for recruitment followed by written exam & trade test. I appeared the exams and stood first. Since then I am working as Jr Programmer in this Department. But, at the time of contractual recruitment for this post, there was no such sanctioned regular post available in the Department. But with the approval of competent authority the recruitment was done as the said post was under process for creation with the concerned Ministry. Now the said post has been sanctioned and framing of Recruitment Rule for this post is under process. As per the DoPT guidelines the age limit prescribed for group B post is 18-30 yrs. Now, my age is 39 yrs and I am afraid that if such type of RR is framed my candidature will not fulfill the criteria of age. Pls suggest accordingly that what type of criteria can be added in the RR in order to save my candidature.

Misuse of authority

CA Regulations Act contains as follows
(2) The Council may, in its discretion, revise the marks obtained by all candidates or a section of candidates in any particular paper or papers or in the aggregate in such manner as may be considered necessary, for maintaining the standards of pass percentage provided in these Regulations.
Explanation — The term “section” used in this subregulation refers to the category of the candidates whose answer papers are valued by an examiner and such other category of candidates as may be specified by the Council.

Does it mean it can revise any students marks without any intimation and without oppurtunity of being heard is given ?
How can they regulate pass percentage, Is it a business or about a professional service ?

Mental torture

I know about a person(Mr.A-Male). Mr.A was a victim of sexual harrassment before 2nd class by the relatives of his fathers side. Due to circumstances he was bounded to stay till 2nd class at the relatives place instead of with his parents. Parents came to know about this after lot of years(say 20 years). But still they are maintaining good relation with them. Even Mr.A tried to maintain. But when he gone back to such relatives place on other work, he has been kicked with legs thrown out from their house because he questioned them why they do not give respect to him. Still parents are maintaining contacts with them. But still parents maintaining relations with them. Parents told that kick them after earning more money than them. Then got disease called schizophenia (only audio hellucination not visual) . This disease has gone to its exterme and able to realise about disease, that he was possesing it. He was already streesed out a lot with financial problems while getting education. He is not willing to lose their parents. He got good recognition for his efforts in his education till then and brilliant in studies, although his education was stopped then onwards. What is the best thing he can do about those relatives?
