I HAVE RECVD NOTICE U/S 139(9) DEFECTIVE RETURN FOR AY 2015-16 ERROR CODE 2-NO RECIEPT OR INCOME HAS BEEN OFFERED IN ANY HEADS OF INCOME FOR THE TDS/TCS CLAIMED IN THE RETURN
1-TDS DEDUCTED U/S 194C I HAVE SHOWED IN 16A DECUCTOR DETAILS
2- I HAVE SELCTED BUSINESS CODE 0505 OTHER CONTRACTOR
3- I HAVE SELECTED LIABLE TO MAINTAIN BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS U/S 44AA AND FILLED PROFIT AND LOSS AC BUT PROFIT IS NIL AFTER DISTRIBUTION OF REMUNERATION AND INT ON CAPITAL TO PARTNERS GROSS RECIEPTS ALSO INCLUDED ON WHICH TDS IS NOT DEDCUTED
4- I HAVE UPLOADED ITR 5 IN JAVA UTILITY I HAVE FILL 16A TDS DEDCUTOR DETAILS BUT WHEN I DOWNLOADED ITR FORM 5 IN PDF ITS SHOWN TDS DETAILS IN FORM 16 DECDUCTOR DETAILS BUT THERE IS NO COLUMN OF FORM 16 DEDUCTOR DETAILS IN ITR 5 JAVA UTILITY ONLY 16 A DEDCUTOR DETAILS WHETHER DUE TO THIS DEFECTIVE RETURN IS CONSIDERED OR NOT IF YES THEN THIS MISTAKE IS NOT FORM MY SIDE ITS SYSTEM MISTAKE
PL HELP IN ABOVE MATTER AS I HAVE TO SUBMIT WITHIN 15 DAYS OTHERWISE MY RETURN WILL BE INVALID

My father got one acer land by directly resistry from my grandfather and 1.5 acer got threw vasiyat by my grandfather. Now my father sell this property and purchased four acer by name of my mother. My doesn't want to give me any part of this property. We are two brothers and one sister and all married. Can i claim for property. Please suggest me

My query is regarding Co-operative Housing Societies. Who can become an associate member in a housing society in Maharashtra? Can a person who does not have his name in the Agreement for sale become an associate member?

is presence of applicant is necessary to file an execution application in dv act 2005 . Applicant put their signature on application and power of autonomy ( VAKALATNAMA) is filing is possible through Advocate without presence of applicant ?

Hi Sir,
My friend got married last year 2014 & His wife stay with him just for 3 days without any relationship. She went to her parents home by snatching all his jewellery. My friend is looking for a divorce & now she is asking for bulk money against that. In first time she has already given a statement in front of court that she don't want to continue but she is denying against her statement. In fact she is not coming for hearing. my frnd put a paper in high court for 38.13-Quashing Petition category but please let us know how much time all the procedding takes because already 1.5yrs passed. Its a matter of career/health of a young guy.

Wife had filed for divorce on some grounds but family court dismissed the same after trial since she didn't even try to prove her allegations.
Now, husband wants to file for divorce on ground of metal cruelty. So, can she repeat the same allegations/grounds which she used in dismissed petition in fresh counter also?

Dear experts
I had wanted to start an orphanage which was my dre�m. But i understood that I may not be able to give 100% to that for n number of reasons. Still I would like to do something to the many orphans.
I have this idea of donating a fully built orphanage to a good organisation who can use it and run.
This is my first step towards that.
Please help me understand the kind of legal issues that can be faced during this process of building and handing over.

The FDA department has seized Medicines from the hospital(not shop)on reason that the licence has not been taken to sale the drugs. What should be maximum time period to lodge FIR after giving notice to doctor? If no FIR has been lodged then ,what is procedure to follow to get back all medicines? Can I approach court for compensation?

Refused for promoting malpracticing
Sir My wife is High School Teacher in government school. As she was not feeling well she got medical leave sanctioned on 19/02/2015 and after this leave she went to school to attend on 7/4/2015, 9/4/2015 and 17/4/2015. But the HM and SDMC members refused her to join just because she refused to help students in 10th class exam. In this regard we have his sms to come to exam center and help students. From then 8 months passed I am on leave with out pay on medical grounds. Recently I got a call from them that I should resign from the job, do a women dont have a right to do job. In this regard I approached BEO he orally odered me to join but these people dont allow me to.
The problem is what I should do, weather I should ask apology for no mistake. or I should fight for my right. During this period my entire health suffered a lot. Under such psychologicl dippression I am un able to take decision. If I will again be posted after alligation at same place, then I am sure that they will create hell for me. Please reply. Please Suggest
