This Plot was in the name of A. A sold this to B and B sold it to me i.e. C.
I i.e. 'C' bought a plot through Loan. So Bank Panel Advocate has given clearance also on the survey reports against this plot. After two year I found someone 'D' has taken X Party decree on the basis of small hand written agreement to sale with 'A' and made sale deed as well. I also came to know that when it was sold by A to B it was under stay order. 'D' has started construction also on that plot
court refused to give me interim relief of stay order because when I bought property it was under court stay. There is no mutation started on this plot
Date of execution of agreement to sale with 'A' and 'B' is before stay order and also before the agreement to sale with 'A' and 'D'
My Question
1 Should I go with criminal case against B from whome i bought the plot
2 Should I fight, which will take years in civil.
3. Why sub-registrar make one more sale deed. Why I was not called by sub-registrar when he was making sale deed of 'D'
4. Can I make guilty to bank because of wrong survey report and stop paying EMI
My co owner from a joint property which is a shop in a market has given on rent to another person without my consent and stolen the furniture and air condition , computer system etc
. What criminal charges can be framed against him and what civil procedure shall I adopt

Hi,
I met a lady through Shaadi.com portal and during our discussions and chatting I asked all my queries which she replied positively. I was awaiting my divorce decree and she informed that she has taken a Talaqnama on Rs. 100 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper and also filed mutual divorce with first husband. We got married before we got legal decree. But she started behaving totally opposite and started quarrel in house especially with my mother. Insisted me to live separate from my mother and when I denied to do so she ran away to her parents place. And filed false complaint and DV case.
During this, I came to know that she had not filed any mutual divorce application with first husband. She is still a legal wife of him. She has done the same drama and filed DV on her first husband as well and still pursuing that case. Simultaneously, she has filed DV case against me as well. Third, she has updated her matrimonial profile on Jeevansathi.com and Shaadi.com and searching for third person to get married once again.
I need your suggestion on what are remedies available with me and how can I nullify this marriage?

want latest supreme court decision on whether sarfaesi act 2002 is applicable to coop. banks
Dear Sir,
This is regarding the home loan taken from LICHFL.I have availed the loan to purchase a home in 2010 @ interest rate 8.5% with floating agreement. After 3 years LICHFL revised their rate to 11.75% due to reserve bank rate revisions and still they are charging the same interest rate whereas the current interest rate is 9.5 to 9.9%. I was requesting them since 2013 to look into this matter as i am paying a high interest rate as compare to market rate and the branch is not responding on this matter. Can you please advice how can i legally proceed to claim the interest they over charged? is it possible file a suite in consumer court for charging the fixed interest in a floating agreement? Please advise. Regards,

Donation to orphanage
Dear experts I had wanted to start an orphanage which was my drem. But i understood that I may not be able to give 100% to that for n number of reasons. Still I would like to do something to the many orphans. I have this idea of donating a fully built orphanage to a good organisation who can use it and run. This is my first step towards that. Please help me understand the kind of legal issues that can be faced during this process of building and handing over. Thanks in advance.
