Will this concession be denied in case consideration is paid for the transfer i.e the person receiving the property needs to show consideration paid for protecting his IT capital gains exposure

Dear Experts
I m working in Technical Education Department in Haryana State as Lecturer . False adverse remark in ACR for period 2010-11 'Integrity doubtful' recorded by reviewing authority(Principal) in contrast to reporting authority(HOD). The appellate authority(PSTE) expunged the same on 17.7.2013 on file. But it has not been conveyed till date due to which ACP has not been granted due from 1.7.2013. What options can I have to explore to get my rights? Also can any action be sought against erring Principal for recording false adverse comments out of mal-intent?

I have 1 residential and 2 commercial structure ( 1 commercial structure is Non-eligible till date)in Mumbai. My structures are in SR Scheme. I had received notice u/s 33,38 from deputy collector and component authority and he had passed an order to vacant structures within 7 days. After that I had filed an appeal to Additional Collector and he had also passed the same and deputy collector and component authority given me a notice for 7 days. after that I have filed an appeal in High Power Committee(S) regarding the issue and had inform to Deputy Collector and component authority but Deputy Collector and component authority has demolished my structures after 15 days without any prior information.
1) is the Deputy Collector and component authority is over an above the HPC (High Power Committee(S) )
2) what should I does know?

I am starting a beauty parlour in my residence I hold a diploma in hair n govt certificate in hair cuts. But dont have certificate for skin though I cleared the skin exam but the institute not giving me the certificate .
So can I start my beauty parlour on the basis of hair certificates ?

My wife has lodged a G.D stating that I have misbehaved with her. As a proof she has produced some recordings in the mobile.The recordings in the mobile were done after provoking me. However, our landlord has a different opinion regarding me. He has never seen to misbehave with my wife. To the best of my knowledge , I had never misbehaved with my wife except on occasions when I was provoked.
Which carries more weightage? The recordings in the mobile or the written statement of our landlord.
What is primary & secondary evidence? In which category does recording in mobile and written statement of our landlord be classified primary/secondary evidence.
Whether secondary evidence can be produced before exhaustion of primary evidence ?

Contempt of court
We 577 employees of ongc has been fighting case against ongc in labour court and gujarat high court...we have won the final verdict in gujarat high court and thereafter ongc has filed appeal against gujarat high court order and the supreme court order has dismissed their appeal...Now almost 3 months has passed the supreme court has upheld the gujarat high court order can we file contempt of court. how much time is treated as notice after supreme court dismiss the ongc appeal. ONGC is doing process of regular appointment and we have come to know that all the covered employees of 577 has been covered except two employees. Can we file contempt of court...what legal remedy we have left ....
