my name is nizam from keral.me and my friend started a partnership textile firm in 2010.we started a joint current account too.unfortunately the company closed up in the initial stage itself.we just wrote in 100 rupees stamp paper that the company is closed and there is no liabilities between us or outside regarding this company,and we both signed.the account we opened was automatically closed in 2013.but the cheque book was with my partner.now in 2015 he is threatning me saying he will forge my signature and he will also sign and present in bank through a third party writing a huge amount.please advice me what to do.

I am not frankly with english but i am explain my problem . Since 1990 ,My father was purchase a gram panchyat patta with registered sell deed . After 2 year district collector cancelled all gram panchyat pattas without information of my father . After that my father vacat land without any objection due to police and lack of awarnes of laws And cancellation reason was sarpach not sell patta as per Panchayat rules (auction) . In 2014 i have search all facts regarding this matter ,i found that all patta holders was not have registered sell deed but only one person my father have registered sell deed with first patta holder(parent patta holder). At present land use chane in grassland . But we known also exact plot location so What action taken by our family ?

Dear Exerts, Please Advice:
I have Citibank Credit card / Loan outstanding and I finally settled in Lok-Adalat at Rs.1,20,000/-.
The Award copy of Lok-Adalat (as I agree & signed by me)Terms of Compromise read as "Opponent ready to pay Rs.1,000/- per month from 20th Dec 2014 to till 20th June 2015 and thereafter remaining amount in the installment per month of Rs.20,000/- each."
I have paid Rs.1,000/- per month for 7 months & balance amount Rs.20,000/- per month I could not pay due to financial problem & I ask the bank for some time till December, but last week the bank executive informed me by phone as they will issue non-bailable arrest warrant against me.
I am in a difficult position, How will I know if they issue warrant against me?, where should I contact?
Please advice!

miltary has given my uncle(ie my husbands father) 5 acres of land, where 3.7 acres is at one place and 1.3 acres is at another place..
the 1.3 acres was occupied outsiders 25 years ago
my uncle expired 18 years ago,
due to some problems me and my clidren are staying away from my husbend and we are just visiting them frequenty
they didnt sent us a single penny until last 2 years when my aunt(my husbands mom) died
when i visited her funeral all the family combindly sent my husbend along with me to the place im living
we havent discussed any thing about properity until now
my husbends brother didnt took any responsibility of us in eternity
now he is asking 50%share in 3.7 acres which is my uncles(my husbands father) properity
but in my marrage cermony my uncle announced that this 3.7 acres belongs
to my husbend and the rest 1.3 belonged
to his brother , but there was no document written or a will paper written for that
my husbends brother neglected that land and it was occupied by someone else
i heard that that land was later transfered to my aunt's(my fathers mom) from my uncles account is that even possiBLE??????????????????????????????????????
does that land belogs to my husbend and his brother or to my uncles grand children(IE my children and my husbend bros children)???????????????????

how much will i and my children get from my husbends part????

My name is Kishore Mallela. I am working in an private organization and my total salary is 2.5lacs per anum. My father is a self employee works as a real estate mediator and earns upto 1.5 lacs per anum. My mother is a house wife.
My query is in F.Y 2012-13 total cash deposits in my mother bank account exceeded 2lac rupees. We got a notice from IT dept in this mater and they want us to reply in 20days. As my mother has not earning nothing how to file ITR in her account, what has to be shown as her income. The total deposited amount is purely from my father and my incomes and cancellation of a term deposit and deposit that amount in other bank account.
Please tell me how to reply to IT department and what option has to select in compliance in e-filing site.

I have father whose age is around 80 years. He has earned property on his own at five locations. I have three brothers and two sister. I have grocery shop at the village from last 30 years in the father owned property. Now all of the brothers and father is planning for the partition. According to them, they are offering me only shop for may stake on the basis of valuation is at higher side. I am the oldest brother to them as I have spend so much money on them over the years. But they are not ready to take the note of that and distributing all the property among them without my consent.
I have my name in one property at other location. Can I have right to get property equally distributed among us. Please answer
1. Is that possible to distribute/partition property equally among all us as father earned property?
2. Shop comes under satta prakar b which is reward from Sansthan which can not be transferred in my name? What I do in this case?
3. Father is deliberately not doing partition equally. Can I stop him through court legal procedure?
4. Father is not ready to distribute property among sisters too. Can sister has rights to get the property?

contempt petition
I had filed an SLP last month were the order was passed to the SP and the concerned police stn. To look in to the various complaints filed by me and do it expediously as possible according to Law with giving me protection for my life is in danger so. Now 10 days have passed but the concerned police stn have not taken the FIR. Since i had submitted the order with the complaint . Not given me any relief. It seems tha they are not afraid of the higher crt and they know what is going to happen if there is a contempt petition filed against them. so now my qs is what should i do now.
