I have married 2nd time while my first child was 13 years old and my 2nd husband accepted my child as her daughter. All these years he never had issues in any documents where he had mention her as her daughter with his name. But now my daughter is above 18yrs and while applying for passport requires birth certificate which has her biological father name. And to get passport with new name they are asking to get adoption documents and for that I might NOC from biological father too.
Can you please help to know what is the process for adoption of child above 18 years and if there are any online sites where I can initiate this process and get list of required documents. Is it lengthy process. how long it takes. What happens if I do not get NOC as I do not have contact with my ex husband from last 15 years.

The present system of renting out is 11 month lease.
Is this 11 month lease legally enforceable in states of Harayana, UP and Delhi meaning NCR region, for eviction after expiry of lease period? Mostly these lease deeds are unregistered
Or is 3 years registered lease deed with a eviction clause on expiry is enforceable in these areas?
Can one go for L&L system like in Maharastra Mumbai?
What is fee for it to register it?
Does it give more power for eviction of tenant on expiry?

Dear sir.
As per notification the width of road is 50 feet's but in major villages they are taking 75 feet's for making road with deviders ,that 50 feet's in first case already belongs to govt which they taken 20 years back ,in extra 25 feet's I am losing my commercial building which earns 15000 every month.can I apply for compensation. What is the procedure?I am paying tax And electricity bills for last 20 years.please suggest hot to proceed.

In domestic inquiry at private Institution the despatch Clerk was summoned by charge sheet employee who at the time of service had given him application which was duly received by the despatch clerk to be submitted to Administration. The despatch clerk refused that he had not received the letter nor on the letter it is his signature. My query is that can charge sheeted employee request the Enquiry Officer for the forensic handwriting test of despatch clerk on the letter for his refusal. Please advice

My wife has filed MC against me.,i went last hearing and given sum amount.,next hearing i didnt went.,my advocate has representated.,but concern Megisterate has issued Warrant.,there is specific time no to issued Warrant.,
My advocate said we may take recall for that.,what is the meaning of recall.,at the same time Petitioner didnt pay beta till now to get Warrant to me.,if they didnt pay beta.,i wont get Warant no?plz clarify it.,

What is the validaity time period of Plot Buy Agreement(rs 100 stamp paper).
We have done such agreement in october ,2012 .But in place of my father name on that sale agreement, mama has put up his name.All money paid by my father.Now ,mama want share in that plot.
I heard that such sale agreement (rs 100 stamp paper) has maximum validity of 3yrs from the date agreement made. Or such agreement validity for whole life time.Please confirm on timeperiod over this agreement stays valid?
Because if its validity automatical gets expired on 3yrs completion and no legal value.
Then we can create new agreement on my father name without any worry of old agreement.

whether the provident fund appeal can be filed after 120 days from the date of order passed by the commissioner and that at this stage appellate authority is empowered to condone the delay ? give relevant judgments if any.

Iam an resident of telangana state.My query is "My name is MD ABDUL KAREEMUDDIN MASIR .All my SSC,Engineering,voter,aadhaar,birth certificates have my father name as 'JANAB ABDUL MAJID',but my father's actual name is 'MOHAMMAD ABDUL MAJID'.
I may face problem when i apply for passport.Despite reading many queries ,i get confused how to change father's name .kindly tell me the way how i can solve this problem.
