Dear Experts,
can you please advise me on the rent terms. rent increase normally happens after 11 months or from the tenth month.
I came in the month of october 2013 and november 1st i will be vacating. the landlord is asking to pay the hike in the rent from the month of august. how does this work kindly advise me on this.

Dear sir,
We have received a works contract in the state of Karnataka (government project) and we are choosing composition scheme. I need your help to short out my difficulties:
a) How the bill to be raised on customer. Suppose total contract price Rs. 100 and I opt composition scheme is it ok if I show consideration is Rs. 96 and tax on composition Rs.4 on bill?.
b) If I purchase some material within the stat, can I get deduction of this purchase at the time of calculating taxable turnover?
c) What is the rate of WE TDS deduction in the state of Karnataka and how can we get no deduction certificate/ lower deduction certificate for the same and what is the procedure?.
d) If the sub contractor opt composition scheme and the main contractor opt Regular scheme, can sub contractor deduction is not allowed?
e) Is in Karnataka any exemption for sales tax under the VAT act and entry tax for Government project?
Kindly help as soon as possible pls.

I signed an agreement to lease a piece of land in March 2015(valid for four years).The lease states that I would erect a shed(using steel sheets and iron rods) covering roughly 2800 square feet.The lease also states that I would operate a sports training academy on the said premises until the lease period expires.
While erecting the shed,I requested the owner of the land to apply for electricity connection(Tamilnadu) & gave him a deposit amount,which would be returned to me when i completed the lease.
I then found out that there was a property dispute for the said piece of land between the owner and a third party which has been ongoing since 2001.
I am unable to operate the proposed business without electricity.The owner has been prolonging this matter by telling me he is trying his best to solve the issue & that he will eventually give me an electricity connection.The Assistant Engineer(Madurai) has told me that it is not possible to give electricity connection unless the court decides to pass an order if favour of my owner.
I have invested nearly Rs 15,00,000(lease+shed+equipment).
What recourse do I have?

Please let me know if this NOC is mandatory. When it has to be applied.
After receiving the token amount or after the sale deed is done?
What if the Society is creating a problem to give NOC?
Is it mandatory as per Bye Laws?
Does NOC mean Form 20 & 21????????

Pls suggest action for my query :
Case :I have resigned from my previous org on 08/09/2015 giving 20 days notice & my last day at work was 28/09/2015.
I have already sent exit documents to HR on first week of October.(exit papers were sent by HR to me via email on last day of my work at 1800 hrs, may be to ensure that I do not get clearance from anyone & the process gets delayed further) I have asked him while submitting my resignation letter regarding the relieving formalities & relieving papers - for which HR had smilingly said that he will be giving my relieving paper on my last day. & later on the last day, HR remembers that there is no relieving paper for employees in probation period. I ACCEPT THIS, SINCE IN MY CURRENT ORGANISATION THEY HAVE ALREADY ACCEPTED ME WITHOUT RELEIVING PAPER & HAVE TOLD THEM BEFORE JOINING THAT I CAN ONLY PROVIDE ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION LETTER MAIL.
Now after a month of resignation, when I ask for my Full & final salary settlement for September, HOD says they need a proper detailed handing over, I have already informed our HOD the very day of resigning, that I will be clearing my invoices first since I have only worked for 4 and half months there & expecting me to clear old invoices of 2013-14 is a way too much. What were the old ex-employees did during their clearance ??? How did they got cleared without clearing their old invoices. I have not kept any of my work pending.
I HAVE ALSO TOLD MY HOD THAT I WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE PROPER HANDING OVER IF ANYONE TAKES UP MY EXISTING JOB IN HAND.
IF AN ORGANISATION CANNOT GIVE RELIEVING PAPER DURING THE PROBATION PERIOD, HOW CAN THEY EXPECT ME TO PROVIDE DETAILED HANDING OVER.
KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD I DO TO TAKE MY SALARY DUES.

The Land was purchase by Company name Surya International Pvt Ltd from Farmer and they converted land 143 ZDLAR finance is aailable. Some expert is saying this land will not kharij Dhakil but saome saying it will happen. Valuation of jewellery
My father is Govt.Appinted valuer of Jewellery. Now in this budget wealth-tax was abolished.
So, what about jewellery valuation?
No one will create a report of jewellery as well as the black money will increase more.
Eg. I have 1 crore Rs & i purchased or made jewellery from the same money how govt will idntify??
