Respected sir my self Ashalata S Darves age 78, citizen of Mumbai.
I have a purchased a land admeasuring 535 sq yards (447.314 sq mts) on�14 sep 1977�from shrimati Malatibai Narayanrao Sawant .
Her Husband Naryan Dagdu Sawant saled this land to Ashalata S Darves (PURCHASER) with power of attorney which Malatibai Naryanrao Sawant gave him.
on�14 Sep 1977�our conveyance was register in sub-Registrar office we paid all the goverment fees and all other necessary things.
From 1977 we are paying NA tax Property tax �
NA order is on my name, paying NA tax on my name from 1977
Property TAX is on my name from 1977. tilltodays date we are paying all the tax on our name
I have obtained index2 on my name from Gov.
when we have purchsed this land in 1977, from 1977-2004 our property papers where in Pune registrar office.�
On 2004 when we recived our REGISTER conveyance copy and index2 we went to TASHIL OFFICE to put our name on 7/12
but they were asking for power of attorney.
mean while in�2000-2003�the previous land owner and power of attorney holder both expired (shrimati Malatibai Naryanrao Sawant , Naryanrao Dagdu Sawant )
we have �searched, in old custom office (Mumbai), Pune registrar office for that power of attorney. but that time they just showed that document. they did not attached power of attorney in registrar office.
their are such 6 plots which were saled with the help of Power of attorney from that 6 plot, 1 plot got 7/12 on their name, and we are not getting transfer of 7/12 of our property.
Then we went in search of their VARAS of Late Malatibai N Sawant and Late Naryan D Sawant. at that time they said us we dont know anything regarding this if you want NOC from us then deal with us again as per revised rate of that plot. but their name is not present in 7/12.
late Malatibai N �Sawant s name is only present in 7/12. (S.NO�135) (903, 904, 905, 932) this are fairfar for 7/12.
and in property card it is showing as Agriculture land and they are saying to suryey it. Fee (25lac) of whole plot�S.NO. 135 andCTS.NO�14
this land is present in Bhandup, KANJUR village, tal. Kurla Dist. B.S.D�S.NO. 135 C.T.S NO. 14
Sir please requesting you to solve my issue regarding this property having lots of hope on you�

I am a govt employee. After 4 years of marriage , I filled a divorce case charging bad character and cruel behavior with me since one years. She left my house and live another area in same city with a person as paying guest. I found this address after phonic conversation with her. A Notice sent her by court's person and delivered, date for coming after one month. Both were present , counseling karai gai by family court but not successful , next date after one month . But she was absent. Court gave another next date after one month. She was again absent . family court judge gave expartee divorce in favour of me. Than according to lawyer I sent xerex copy of divorce with acknowledge ment letter to her temporary address( where notice delivered) and her permanent address ( where her family lived). I got acknowledgement of delivering of post from post office. And I approached to high court for caveat also. Both are happy with their life but after 10 month of court order she will contact me again and wanted to live and demand 5 lakh rupee. Nahi to police se milkar jhoothe case me phasa degi. Next day I met my lawyer he advised to give a application with divorce copy to IG. against her. After interfair of police matter was closed. Than she approached to court with a lawyer wanted to sat aside decree . I received a notice she said ki Maine dhoke se decree li h, court aayi hi nahi uski jagah koi doosri ladies aayi hogi.
Main kyakya karu , 1 machine baad meri doosri shadi h.

My Grandfather left a registered "Will" and one of the beneficiaries of that applied for succession certificate in district court, tis Hazari, New Delhi and was allowed on 09/07/2015 date of order and the party who lost wants to file an appeal in High court now after 3 months and more have been passed.
2. I am petitioner in high court for another Suit for Partition case for shop left my grandfather in favour of my father and father's brother in that said "Will" where my father's brother refuses to accept that his father/my grandfather left out any registered "Will" and he also neglecting the order of district court for granting a succession certificate and wants to appeal against that order to the high court.
3.On 28/10/2015 hearing of 2nd case (Partition) Respected Judge Disposed off the case stating when the district court case will be completely over then revive this partition case.
I want to know that what can I do in order get the appeal of my father's brother should be rejected in high court.
I am enclosing the District court judgement for grant of succession certificate and also the latest order of 2nd case for partition in high court of delhi.
From where I am able to know whether a appeal is filed or not and also if filed that on which basis.

Need some views on the possible procedure to with this case.
My property(Plot) is registered by my seller(Previous owner of my property) brother to his son as gift deed.
My seller got some plots by division of their fathers property after his death via panchayat parikath. All 5 members got equal share of 4 plots each by making an affidavit mutually by signing on bond paper. Each of them have sold some plots of their share. We have bought one plot from the second son. This is registered in 2003. All tax, betterment charge are paid and sale deed is registered and katha number and PID number is obtained from the Mahanagar palike.
Now in mid 2015 brother of our seller(3rd son) has gifted our plot to his son and registered with registrar. This is not legal since the plot we bought never belong to him(3rd son) as stated by them in their own division affidavit on bond paper.
How to deal with this situation?

I have booked a flat in Pune. In the break-up of cost builder has quotated rs.3laks as CDC(city devp charges) and told that it includes covered car parking, but now at time of agreement he is saying that I will be provided with only open car parking and not covered. What should I do?

My employer put FTCs in place for half the staff 2 yrs ago. They have recently run out, expired. They didnt send letters or speak about it to anyone until just recently when news travelled that our contracts wont be renewed until April. We are all at different start times obviously and Im one of the longer serving. I should by this time no longer be given fixed term having by April exceeded the 4 yr limit.
So what we have is FTCs for 2 consecutive years then nothing for 6 mths only a verbal contract then there will be a written and possibly for some the restart of fixed term?? Has the laws changed recently?

Experts please help me,
I have engaged a lawyer in my civil case, while starting the case he said 15,000 only. I have paid the full fees and for each hearing he taken 1000 also. No receipt or agreement was given for any payment
Now case is in cross examination time he increased the fees as 2 lakhs. He says that "for winning the case u have to pay 2 lakhs, even for get noc pay 2 lakhs and bring your whole family"
I have already paid around 40,000 for the case. Now he is asking for 2 lakhs.how can I handle this I am totally helpless now. I don't have any receipt. Please help me, how can I save my case and further problem from him...

Dear All,
I am shiva Working 4 years and 8 months in my current organization,Its a private Limited Company which comes under shops & establishment act having 6 working days per week.My doubt is if i will resign with 1 month notice period am i eligible for gratuity claim? If i am eligible for gratuity but my company says i am not eligible what should i do for claiming my gratuity amount??.
My company calculating gratuity after an employee rendered service of 5 years on his actual working days of service except CL,MEDICAL LEAVE,NATIONAL & FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS most probably he will not get gratuity for 5 years.Is it right as per the Act? if i get explanation for all my queries i will be very kind of you all.
