I sold my flat to someone and received payment and executed registered sale deed in his favour. But later on I noticed that one of the cheque of rs. 4 lacs mentioned in the Sale deed had not been received by me. But by mistake i signed in sale deed and it was executed in buyer"s name.
When I talked to the Seller, he said that he will pay this amount in any way but even after sending notice, he has not yet paid the the payment and enjoying the occupancy of that property.
NOW, pl advice that whether i should file the civil suit with pray to cancel the sale deed or recovery suit to get that remaining payment to me.
Do i have to pay any court fee for that .
My O/s payment is rs 4 lacs and total cost was 20 lacs.

Hello, i have filed case aginst my house contractor in grahak suraksha as he left the work in between and his work is also not satisfactory. There his lawyer is a lady. Now we have got a notice by RD. He is also a lawyer with same surname of that lady lawyer. I am confused who is he. ? And i have asked in grahak suraksha where no such notice is submitted as i was sent. That lady lawyer just said it is from civil. How can he send such notice....?? Where should i reply to the notice.

My marriage was solemenised in the month of dec-08. My brother-in-law took a business loan of Rs 150lac from PNB under equitable mortage. For this loan My father-in-law twas guarrantor. My father in law passed away in the month of april-2015.
Bank reovered 110 lac by sale of property of borrower i.e. My brother-in-law. Now my wife has received a notice from debt recovery tribunal under rules 12 and 13 of debt recovery tribunal(procedure). Please educate me what should i do in this case as we have not received nor claimed any asset, movable or immovable property by transfer of will or by another means from my in-laws neither we were involved in any businesses dealings with them post or before marriage.

i am a government servant and my retirement date is 30.11.15 i am convicted and sentenced
in prevention of corruption act by trial court on date 2.9.15. i appealed in high court.high court ordered to suspended /stay sentence (interim order ) and appeal admitted.
now my question is that i can get pension
and retirement benefits ? if not pls.help
me to legal action. department dispatch me
letter of to take disciplinary action against me.

My debtor filed insolvency petition with wrong information in city civil court. He claimed that his companies are in loss. But he did not maintained proper accounts. He also cheated other directors of the company by diverting funds from the company for his personal business and cheated the creditors. Can I file a quash petition in the high court by submitting the books of accounts of the companies and records from ROC and Income tax dept proving that the companies are not in loss. Thereby requesting the high court to quash the insolvency petition in the lower civil court. The Chairman closed his offices and ran away from city and filed an insolvency petition through an advocate. A police case also registered for cheating and police are searching for him. Any other option for immediate closure of the case in favour of creditors is also invited. My wife name is included in the creditors list. But my name was not included. I want to include my name in the creditors list. I want to attend the case as party in person. I request answers for all these questions. thank you.

Hello Sir,
I am facing a problem. In the case of mining lease can the central governement send the recommendation of the state governement back to the state governement to reconsider its recommendation or letter of intent in the light of the amendement carried out in January 2015. What is the legal remedy? I did not find the powers of the central governement described in the Mines Act. Please guide me.

"A" files a suit in sub court that "B" sold the land orally no registration done & no receipt for payment made,after fraudulently "A"got PATTA , Hon SUB COURT dismissed "A" claim."B" got his land sub divisioned & new PATTA.'Now "A" with his old copy of PATTA registers a POA then files an APPEAL in DISTRICT COURT then in a weeks time sells through POA , the land owned by "B".When filed a written complaint in ANTI LAND GRAB WING OF POLICE they say appeal pending .POA registered before appeal ."B"files a petition before District Registrar for Annulling the POA registered by Sub Registrar.CAN THESE LAW BREAKERS TAKE SHELTER BY A CIVIL APPEAL FOR THE CRIMINAL ACTION DONE FROM POLICE.Advice course of action to take.
