Cheque Bouncing Case

R/Experts In my complaint u/s 138 of 138 NI Act,accused never come present before court and ultimately find no other way after NBW and proceedings u/s 82/83 Crpc, court declarte him proclaimed offender and absconder and it was also mentioned in the order that copy of this order be also sent to concerned SHO Police station for further proceedings of 174 A IPC. Court also mentioned in order to register FIR in this regard ab asked to sent a copy thereof to this Court in compliance by NDOH. Also asked SHO to include accused name in th list of absconder s aab d to take steps to arrest the said accused as and when he is found. So what will happen now? Will there be FIR going to be registered or not? Normally police register cases or not in this type of cases or not even after court order? What are the chances of finding accused as he haven't appeared once in court and only his parents living on the address known to me, what I can further do in this? Thankyou

Charge sheet for applying the post on deputation.

I am Central Govt. Employee working in Karnataka. In same organization, training centre of UP Circle called for the post of instructor on deputation basis for which they have addressed to some Circles but not mine moreover Training Centre of UP hosted this notification on indiapost.gov.in website. I got the information from website and applied for the post of instructor on deputation basis in UP through proper channel but my administration has neither sent my application to Training Centre UP nor allowed me to give the interview. Now after one year my Region initiated action against me under CCS 1964 stating that you had caused inconvenience to the department as UP Circle had not addressed this notification to Karnataka Circle. I got mentally harassment and dishonored in the department.
Please guide on this matter. What the action can I take against the administration?

Contested Divorce from wife

My friend was married 3 years back. He wants to divorce his wife however his wife isn't ready to leave him. His wife constantly disrespects my friend's parents and they are not compatible with each other. There's a huge social and cultural difference as well. He got married under family pressure but now it's impossible for him to stay with her. Though they are living in the same house with parents, they don't talk to each other. Girls parents have also tried to man handle my friend. I want to know about 'contested divorce' and also that what are the options for him to divorce his wife. Seeking your suggestion as my friend is stuck in this mess. Thank you!

Uttar pradesh rural land.

My relatives are trying to convince me that since our ancestral house is in the abaadi area it has no ownership records and is in no one's name. Therefore if it is sold, no registered sale deed is possible and the whole transaction has to be unofficial based on personal understanding. Can it be true for a village not more than 12 kms from the district HQ?

Order passed on memo

Dear friends:

Can a court pass JUDICIAL ORDER on a simple 'MEMO' filed in the court objecting the appointment of particular advocate commissioner?

Since a memo is not a petition - pls discuss the legality of such order

Thank you.
