Sir my name is bhanu. Sir mere papa teen bhai hai jinme mere papa beech ke hai . Teeno ne aaj se 15 saal phle jameen ka batwara kr liya tha. Or dadaji hamare saath hi rhte hai unke liye koi alag se Hume jameen ka hissa ni diya gaya. Aaj wo ati wradh hai kuch samach ni pate. Hamare hisse ki jo jameen hai us pr jabardasti mere kaka kheti kr rhe hai or hum log jate hai to Humse ladne ke liye bolte hai. Karib ke saal se wo humari jameen pr kabja banaye huye hai. Chuki hum gaon se bahar rhte hai isliye jayda kuch ni kr pate. Police mai bi ek saal phle se report kra rakhi hai lekin wo koi karwahi ni kr hai. Aisa kyun ho rha hai ki police karwahi ni kr rhi hai or humko hamare adhikarit jameen se dur kiya ja rha hai. Jo log hathiyar leker marne ke liye dodte hai unke khilaf koi karwahi ni ho rhi hai. Hi,
Last year end of December I had a car accident and the second party filed an FIR against me and I was arrested. I got bail that day but was told by the police that I would have to come to the court in couple of days for the hearing. I followed up with the police for couple of weeks but he didn't respond. After more than 10 months the police called me up and said that he is submitting the charge sheet and I would require bail again.
If I don't appear in the court then I will be given unbailable warrant. Pls help me if after 10 months the submission of charge sheet makes any sense or the police is doing this to take some money from me. I have already paid 10k for bail without any receipt. Pls help as I have moved out of the city of the accident and I live in a different City

Suppose the IDV of vehicle is 1 lakh. The cost of repair is 80000/-. The insurers liability is 50000/-. Then will the constructive total loss calculation be done on 80000/ or 50000/-

Hi I had been issued a cheque of 1 lakh in 2014 and it bounced . filed a case and courd issued warrent which was submitted by my lawyer to the police station but no action taken by them .... Hence court issued once again. Is this a normal process ? What if police is unable to find him ?court has given a date to me in 2016 1st month . what will happen even if police don't bring the update or summons ? I am worried when will it come to conclusion . pls advice

Sir,
My father was died before 2004 and as per recent judgment from Supreme Court that there is no right of daughter on father's property, if her father was died before 2005.
Besides this judgment, if i sign a 'Deed of Release' in favour of my brother , Because I wish to sign 'Deed of Release' to resolve some social issues.
is advisable to sign 'Deed of Release' ? is this ligally valid or lawful ? is there any possibility of litigation in future?
I am little worry about possible probleme / ligal issue that i face in future,
What should i do ? Please guide and oblige me.

i have submitted technical resignation. i will have to join on 16/11/15 for the post of asm railway.so sir my parent department is india post. then i want to know what matter should my parent dept. mention in my releasing order. that is why i get benifit of service count.

my friend is a security supervisor in a society one woman is selling tea illegally there when the head of society ordered to stop that woman and on 8 7 15 my frnd stop that woman she made false allegations of 354 354 a .now the case is registered and he is on bail no custody is given to police on the 1st hearing of magistrate now sir what will be going to happen pls help me out ....police is not supportin us and my frnd is a ex defense personnel

In a case of 409/420, where charge have been framed by the trial court, one of the accused approached high court u/s 482 for quashing charge. The court ordered "No coercive action shall be taken against applicant till date of next listing ". The case was related to cheating by builder where he taken several lakhs of rupees and even did not start construction over the unit allotted even after expiry of substantial time from the committed date when he had to complete the building. On infomation , complainant of the case studied the application and noted that In his application-affidavit accused has falsly mentioned that "construction of the house is complete ", whereas there is not even single brick work on the house. Please advise what should be done by the complainant of the case for this 100% false affidavit submitted by accused in High Court. Is this an offence.

I want my caste added to school register. At present only religion is mentioned. I passed out in 1989. My younger brother has his transfer certificate which has caste mentioned. He also has Tehsildar issued caste and income certificate. Also my cousin brothers have caste mentioned in their school. We have all passed from same school. I do not have caste/transfer certificate from my late father. He studied in same school. I have legal hiers certificate which can prove my relation to my younger brother. I can also produce agricultural land revenue records to prove my relation to my cousins. Please guide me. My native place where i studied is in Karnatak and i am currently working Pvt sector within CL income limit.My caste is part of CAT2A in Karnatak, Maharashtra and Central.
Please note this is genuine case and i am interested in getting my school register updated and not seeking any reservation or promotion.
Can my native place tehsildar issue me caste and income certificate?
What procedue should i follow to get my school records updated?
If i have to file civil case then what documents will be needed.
what case type and which place to start with?
