Khula by muslim personal law

Hi, My wife has filed fake 498a against me & my family. Charge sheet is filed & the case not yet started even. Divorce is not filed yet, only 498a, 342, 323, 504 & 506 is filed in FIR. Case is in a local court of her native.
My in-laws are planning to get a divorce done by means of "Khula" & get second marriage done of my wife as they have understood now as court case will go for long time & their daughter is stuck in this fake court case done by themselves only.
If the matter is in court for the above mentioned IPC charges, can a women seek divorce thru "Khula" as per Indian Muslim Law?

property matter and POA

Hi all.
There is query regarding authentication of POA and sale.

Suppose a person had issued an registered POA to one member in 2007 and he again issued Notraised POA to another in 2015. A second person sale the flat by paying Indemnity bound too. Now when it came to society the society raised objection stating person once issued the POA cannot issue it further and not ready to give share certificate. Than what remedy available with me.
And is there any law that once POA issue to one can not issue to another without revoking the first one.
Plz help....
Thank you
