I need one help. One of our society member is staying just below my flat. She has put a complain in the police station that I am playing football at home, intentionally trying to disturb her. She also lied in the police station that I beat her one day. Please believe me I don't have any intention of doing so neither have time to think of these. She has move to the police station for 4 times and got 4 NC and keep accumulating that. I don't know her intention and she has enough time to do all these work. Please advise how to get rid of this. Please need your advise to get rid of these kind of wrong complaints and NC

Dear Sirs/Madam,
I have been using one mobile number since last three years received from one the biggest service provider. My number is PREPAID number. It is not working from 01.11.2015. Hence I contacted to service providers Shop/Galary for inquiry.
I got a shocking news that the
1.Said number is allotted to one Fright Forwarding Company w.e.f 30.10.2015 as the address mentioned in their record.
2. The name of the user is still showing my name.
3. The said number is switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. I have not made any application.
Sir I am afraid for the misuse of my number from anybody because still the system is showing my name as user of this number.
Also the sim card given to me is not active hence I can not use my mobile which has result into a heavy loss to me.
I would be very much thankful if could, Please advise me the appropriate procedure and action against the service provider in this issue.

Hi, once divorce has been granted by family court and all cases attached to it stand withdrawn and dismissed, on Mutual Consent, is there a minimum wait period before 1 can get married again? My Judgement copy doesnt say anything about an Appeal Period or waiting period. Below are additional details :
Year of marriage :2009
Seperated in:2010
Period of seperation: >4 years
Divorce officially granted on mutual consent: Oct 2015
All other cases: withdrawn

My parents lived abroad for many years. they had 6 children. whilst abroad they ran a family business. upon getting married in 1957, my eldest brother demanded his share of the business at the urging of my sister in law and her family. So my father gave him one of the businesses, plus a house, car, and my brother separated from the family. After filing for bancruptcy after a few years , he came and asked for more money to start a new business venture, so my parents gave him a lot of money to do so and told him there would be no more to give him, because he has now recived over and above his share.
In 1970s, my parents moved back to India to retire, bought a farm from their earnings abroad and cutivated it. Then my father died intestate. In the meantime there has been an ongoing legal dispute based on land grabbing of the farm.
Now after not hearing from this brother in decades, and him coming to know we are winning the case, this brother has now approached the Indian courts, to assert his right on this property which has grown substantially in value..
How do we prove to the court that he already got his share, decades ago in another country. We do not have anything in writing.

- Wife files defamation complaint. Petition allowed by CJM.

police challan
Sir as I discussed my case of 406,409,420 till now police does not file challan and not contacting me from 3 months it crosses the date of 90 days limit . he does not try to arrest me . but I contact him to follow the instruction of high court but he says no tnsn koi jaldi nhi. I deposited the amount as per the instruction of high court . what can i do now. Police not filing challan and not try to contact me and my dept official making me afraid of that they will file another case if u do something against them so I can't do anything till now they don't started any dept enquiry and not giving me any documents as releted with charge sheet and kept me in suspension from 5 months and also not giving salary of 75% . as I am a young man of only 24 and in service from 1.5 years so very much in tnsn and can not prep for other exams . pls suggest me some help so I can prep without tnsn and cope up with all these problems.
