Dear Sir,
My village surpunch is misusing panchyat funds.
Kindly guide me where should i complient along with evidences.

Respected Sir/Madam,
Many people in my local area (villages of West Bengal) deposited/invested more or less lakh(s) of rupees each in different Chit Fund Companies depending on the reliance of main agents-cum-managements who belong to nearby areas. Those main agents-cum-managements assured the people verbally – “You know me, you need not know the company, you are giving me money, after maturity I must return promised money, I am the guarantor.” All the money was collected by them from investors’ home after many many times visit. Now, the owners of different chit fund companies are absconding and all offices (rented) are vanished. Each main agent-cum-management incurred crores of rupees, but denying any responsibility. Local police stations are not accepting any FIR or General Diary. In this situation, can the owners along with agents-cum-managements be sued in Sub-Divisional Courts or High Court to get back money ? Will the District Consumers’ Fourm Court do ?

Sir i want to run a Computer coaching center in Muzaffarnagar as i belong to there. And i am still a student but i want to open an institute to teach students some computer subjects including basics of computer. So Do i need to register my institute and what are the procedure for it please tell me. I will provide students certificate of courses after taught them.

महोदय नमस्कार,
मेरा मामला यह है कि मुझ पर धारा 506,५०४ पर ६ अगस्त २०१५ से केस दर्ज है, फ़िलहाल जमानत पर रिहा हूँ,महोदय पुलिस द्वारा मेरा मोबाइल केस प्रॉपर्टी के तहत सील किया गया है. चूँकि chargesheet का समय अब निकल चुका है अब तक वो कोर्ट में पेश नहीं हुआ है.मुझे मेरा फोन किस तरह मिल पायेगा कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें.

Dear sir,
My maid's son is in prison for some cases of 138 & NDPS. Our maid is asking me to give guarantee in front of Judicial Magistrate along with my property documents (for rs. 1 lac minimum)so that he can get bail. I am ready to give guarantee. My query is as below:
1) what will be my liabilities in court after his bail.
2) If my maid's son will not present in court after bail or run away from city then whether court hold me responsible for this.
As a human being, i want to help my maid. but i am so confused if his son will do any wrongful act after bail. then what kind of order passed towards me (as a guarantor) by court. Pls advise.

My father was murdered in Broad day light while he was in the field (1:30 PM to 3:00 PM)
Evidance: My mother who went in search of my father(3:00 PM), as it got late that the usual time found 5 accused running from field with weapons, but she did not see them murdering my father.
Facts:
1. My father went to field by 1:30 PM,My mother went in search of my father by 3:00 PM and saw 5 accused runningin different direction with weapons .Since my Mother saw the accused running with weapon came back to village which is 200 Mts from field took along with him few village members to trace my father in the field and found my fathers DEAD body in gruce soem way(22 deep cut marks)
2. Enemity between the accused and my father due to Hundial loot case against accused in which my fathe was a withness.
3. Confessin statement by accused to the Polics that he along with 5 members planned and murdered my father because of temple hundial loot case enemity.
4. FIR filed at 5:00 PM with IPC sections 120b,302, 147 & 148 (Police station is 1.5 KM from the farm)
there is a previous enmity between the accused and my father as my father we forefront in registering a FIR on a hundial theft case which was 3 months before the the murder(FIR number :234/2015).
Question to the expert team:
witht the above said fact and evedianc is it possible for the court to convict the accused?
On what grounds the coniction is possible (Example. Last seen theory etc....)

hmop case closed uncontested--dismissed for default
My friend HMOP case have been closed in sub court due to Uncontested--DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT how can i reopen case again please help me to open case again
