Hello,
I am working with private limited company.I had given resignation & now serving notice period of 30 days before fall into notice period my senior announced Diwali Bonus.
My question is:
Whether i am entitled to get the diwali bonus during notice period?

1) कुल क़ायदा के अनुसार ,खेत जमीन न्यायाधी करनने खेत की जो कीमत तय की है, वो कीमत को कितने कालावधि (साल) तक हम उसे objection ले सकते है.

M/s. XYZ Pvt Ltd has two directors Mr A and Mrs B. M/s. XYZ has given loan to M/s. POR Pvt Ltd. One of the directors of In M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd is brother of Mrs B. Mrs B is not a director and also does not hold any shares of M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd. Whether loan given by M/s. ABC Pvt Ltd to M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd is in contravention section 185 of the Companies Act?

Hello expert I am in trouble please guide me. There is settlement between we brothers I.e family settlement of our parents property do it is require to be stamped, and whether the stamp duty on market value or nominal. Secondly weather registration is compulsory. Secondary other brother also executed release deed of flat in housing society in my favour. Do it attract stamp duty and registration. Pls guide me.

Dear All ,
We need to appoint one sole Arbitrator with respect to our recovery of dues from one of the reputed pharmaceutical industry. As per the agreement we need to refer it to a sole Arbitrator. Please let me know the procedure and Please refer any specialist arbitrator below the rank of rt.d highcourt judge in delhi arbitration center. also please clarifiy is the total arbirtrator fees should be according to the DAC rules ?

Dear Experts,
I own a bricks manufacturing field in west bengal and had leased out that property to one of my close friend for last 11 years (lease ending 30th April 2016). Now he wants to continue the lease and asked me to extend the lease for next 11 years ( can be a renewal or new deed as he is OK with both the options).
Now question I have is:
1. Is it safe to extend the lease to him for next 11 years and if yes, what would be my terms and condition.
2. If long term lease is not advisable as he already completed 11 years, can I give 60 days gap in between the current lease and signing the new lease? Is that's a good deal?

If a contractor awarded a contract to sub-contract with material whether it is necessary to deduct TDS-VAT under Maharashtra Value added Tax on sub-contract value.
Kindly advice for the same.
