Hi,
I would be very grateful if someone can provide answers to my below mentioned queries:
1. Will the license to carry arms issued to Indian citizen, continue to be valid after renunciation of Indian citizenship and acquiring foreign citizenship?
2. Will the license to carry arms issued to Indian citizen, continue to be valid after acquiring the OCI status ?
3. Are there any different laws for NRIs and OCIs with respect to the validity of arms licence obtained in India?
4. Are NRI's and OCI's required to inform any authority about them holding the arms license?

Sir,
As my son doing courier private booking agency underThe Franchise of a leading courier company .
One of his clients parcel booked by him value of RS.62,000/- send through the leading courier company not delivered to the consignee. And in the leading courier company website in tracking report it shows in transits (UNDER INVESTIGATIONS).
Leading courier company not responding and they are informing, as per their printed booking AWB("minutely printed") terms and conditions on a consignment bill without insurance at the time of booking company will not be liable for any losses and damages.
At the same time Client booked the parcel asking harassing my son to deliver the parcel or returned to them. Or otherwise they will send legal notice to my son and claim the amount value of the parcel or deduct the same in his service bill. And also threatening and harassing him every 1 hour through his mobile they will give complaint to local police station for further action.
But the parcel’s details are still showing in the website of the leading courier company “ IN TRANSIT”( Shipment Under Investigation )
Requesting your concern please help how to resolve this critical situation from both side.

If a contractor awarded a contract to sub-contract with material whether it is necessary to deduct TDS-VAT under Maharashtra Value added Tax on sub-contract value.
Kindly advice for the same.

1) कुल क़ायदा के अनुसार ,खेत जमीन न्यायाधी करनने खेत की जो कीमत तय की है, वो कीमत को कितने कालावधि (साल) तक हम उसे objection ले सकते है.

Mrs B is not a director and also does not hold any shares of M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd. Whether loan given by M/s. ABC Pvt Ltd to M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd is in contravention section 185 of the Companies Act?

Hello expert I am in trouble please guide me. There is settlement between we brothers I.e family settlement of our parents property do it is require to be stamped, and whether the stamp duty on market value or nominal. Secondly weather registration is compulsory. Secondary other brother also executed release deed of flat in housing society in my favour. Do it attract stamp duty and registration. Pls guide me.

selling trees from property without owners knowledge
Sir , this case is between a mother and son.according to the fathers will a property was equally shared by the above said.due to family issues the same property has been partitioned and made separate deed and registered. The house in this property is for mother and the mother allowed son to stay there for 2 more months till they find another place and the mother stayed with her relative because the son is kind of a criminal nature.during this time without the knowledge or consent of mother he sold the trees worth lakhs which was there in the mothers property alone and didn't even touch his side trees. The mother now had nothing to earn money for a living. Is there any way to help her legally or thru local police.
