One of my friend's son filed a marriage op.no.646 of 2014 at family court ar secenderabad (telengana state)can any experts may give the status of the case or result as we dont know to know the status through using the net.

In my absence my wife always talk with her boyfriend by cellphone.
I already warned to my wife but she does not listing to me. Can I file a police case against her boyfriend.Is this matter comes under crime. Please help me what can I do ?

In a case of alleged misconduct of absence from duty from a particular date, the daily rated workman was terminated without any enquiry. In the Labour Court no evidence was let in on the side of workman as it is an admitted fact of termination for absence without any enquiry . The Labour Court among other things held that non examination of workman in the witness box is not correct and hence dismiss the case against the workman. I am gong to file a writ in the High Court.Before that i want to know from experts that is it necessary to examine the workman as witness for his termination without enquiry.Is it the findings of the Labour Court correct that non examination of witness is incorrect to prove his case of termination

I have registered a will in one state. Presently I am staying in another state. I want to cancel my earlier will. Can I do so from my present place? Is it sufficient if I register a new will at my present place?

My father wants to make the will of his agriculture land in rajasthan. We were two brothers and my younger brother is died. My father wants to make me the beneficiary of his property. So if he is making the will , shall he mention the family details of deceased son in the will or not? Even if he is not making them beneficiary.

Hi Learned Experts:
I have got the proposal for the second marriage from the girl side.
She has a 3 year old son from the previous marriage
When we had the initial interactions she confirmed that she has got the divorce through mutual consent in which the child custody is granted to Mother.
Now her conditions for the marriage:
1. To have the name of myself in all the legal documents of her son.
2. To act the legal guardian of her son.
I subtly told her to hold her horses as I was aware of some of adoption related to law.
I believe unless ex Husband registered me the Adoption deed, I should not use my name as the legal father for her son.
Is there any other way these issues needs to be sorted out?
Looking forward for yor suggestions.

Hi Sir,
This is Naveen Kumar, on 19th June I joined Ltd. Company in Gurgaon and in August Month I got a notice that due to Project Roll off I will be released by the company after 30 Days. Now My query is "The offer letter which I signed with the company having 90 days Notice ( Paid in advance or 90 Days Prior Notice) but company gave me 30 days Prior notice. when I show the 90 days Notice period Notice to the company then HR Team told me that its Project Roll off case and I will be paid only 30 Days Notice only but there is No such condition Mentioned in the offer Letter. Now please suggest me what Can I Do to get my complete 90 Days salary.
