Hello all,
If there is a marriage between General category boy and SC girl or vice versa,what would be the status of child born out of such marriage? Whether he will belong to General category or SC category??

Dear all,
I wish you and your family HAPPY and Prosperous DIWALI.
I need your expert opinion / advice about gratuity eligibility for employee working in software company which works 5 days in a week.
I found many answers to this query and at the end I am not clear if 4 years 190 days criteria is applicable or its 4 years 240 days.
According to gratuity act even though it's mentioned under section 2, the interpretation of these criteria's are taken differently by company HR and employees.
I need your expert advice so that it can be justified to company HR person.

In family property case one of my relatives have furnished false/fake document before the civil court and filed civil suit that property belongs to him whereas as per revenue and registry the property is equally divided among legal heirs. Written complaint was submitted to SSP who would only forward the same to SHO/IO for investigations but FIR was not lodged and police insisted for compromise. Due to my service in other state on & off I could not visit the police station and at times their were also threads to my life from my relatives which I also informed to SSP through FAX. Then I approached the HIGH COURT and Judge told that I should first approach the District Magistrate of the Area where I reside. Then my advocate prayed for withdrawal of petition to file before the appropriate Magistrate of the Area which was dismissed as withdrawn with Liberty to aforesaid as per orders of High Court. My query that can I submit High Court orders alongwith petition to SSP to register case against my relatives for misusing the false/fake document before I approach the District Magistrate of the Area. Please advice.

hi
my brother and myself own a share of our house. he has rented his part of the house to girls of illrepute
he has threatened me that he will get a case filed against me through these females for molestation or something else. as these females already have no sense of reputation,how do i prepare / take precautions against such acts so i am not safe in case something like such is tried
please advise

Death records misplaced by mro office.
Dear Sir's,
I have applied for my grand mother(father's mother) death certificate on 5th January,2015,subsequently concerned MRO issued the certificate on 8th January,2015.
Further, the same MRO office issued one more certificate by mentioning that there was no deaths during the period of Aplil,1975 to july,1975 (by hiding the facts and tearing of pages in the MRO office records as influenced by the surpunch Mr. K.Eswar Reddy of Aggichenupalli Grampanchyat.
My grand mother is only daughter to their parents. But her father has second wife and they have two children. They have enjoying my grand mothers property and not giving any share to us. My grand mother was expired.
Now the opposition party submitted the document to the honarable court that there was no deaths.
Hence i humbly pray your good selves to guide me how can i proceed in this mater and to whom i have to inform about the tearing of records in MRO OFFICE.
