Hi,
My Passport contains ECR Stamp and the date of birth is Incorrect. I would like to know the best possible method to resolve this issue. I would like to get the ECR Stamp deleted from the passport as well as D.O.B correction done.
Please note : I have my original S.S.C. certificate as well as Municipal Birth Certificate.
I got my passport renewed in the month of February this year but unfortunately could not do the corrections.
Please advice.

Sir I have problem with my husband.i am staying with my parents now.Now I would like to know about my property.at the time of marriage that is 4years ago my father gave me some property.now if i am not divorce and I don't have children my property belongs to whom
If I want to give my entire property back to my parents or sister what should I do.
If I write a WILL is I fine

my moTher purchased 1.5 acre land in 1968.itwas given on oral lease and he fraudulently registerd the same in the name of his daughter when she put civil case on him for eviction and succeded.plese let me know whether the district registrar can cancel the fradulent registration

I would like to know process of complete partition of a HUF.
All I know is :-
1. make an agreement among members of HUF regarding partition and share of partition as decided by karta.
2. Trnasfer deeds of respective movable and immovable properties in respective names.
I want to what about the cash in HUF. Should it be transferred cash or through banking channels.
Also, What should be intimated to Assessing officer regarding full partition of HUF.
when should the PAN number be surrendered. There are no Assessement proceedings pending.
suggestions will be very much helpful.
Also, Is there any book for practical approach to HUFs.

I gave a loan and have raised a promissory note.Due to the medical issue i am unable to recover my money now. As the promissory note is more than 3 years now.Hence i suppose that validity date for promissory note is over. Kindly guide me How to recover my money back in this status.

I am daughter of my late father who died when I was 2 months old. Since than my mom was harassed by her in laws. My mothers in law wanted me to be there with them but not my mom.
When my father was alive My grandpa gave a flat in bhayander rai gaon. Like a gift but when my father died and my mother went to her maidens place they took over the property (bhayander) sold it and did bua's marriage.
After that one more flat is there of my grandpa's in bandra where my p.uncle lives. Now as bua lives with her hubby and with her mother. Bcoz my uncle put her out of the house.Now my question is Whenever I asked my bua or uncle including my granny about the will they say I dont have Again I asked show me the will they say we dont have When I say ok just tell me what is written in it. They say we dont know... A miserable situation we are in only the best lawyer can help us now....
1)If my name is not written in will can I challenge it
2)Can I put a stay order as it is my grandpa's property
3)My mom gave a notice to them asking for a share now they are playing politics like saying to my mom you are a married woman now are not eligible to ask for a share which is false
4) Is anyone interested to fight the case

I & my girls friend (both are Indian citizens)go to DUBAI and get married there in any gurudwara or any temple. Both of us are enough grown to the age we can marry.so will it be legel to do so & will this can challenged here in India. What all documentation has to be done if we marry there.

My Friend married to a police officer in 2003 and in 2004 she gave birth to a girl baby and then she came to knew that he has got married in 2000 and having a son. he pacified her and living together. in 2010 he got intimacy with another girl and she came to knew that. again he started pacifying her and it was moving her life with quarrel. recently his first wife came and spoke to my friend and told her that she will assure that he wont meet that girl and not to give any police complaint keeping in mind that we have kids and their future. after 9 months again he started the same. Now when my friend was asking him to settle the property which was partly bought by her in his mothers name and do the name transfer in first wife's son and my friends daughter he told that if you want you go and complaint he cant request his mother to transfer the property.. all these nonsense ho made with the support of his mother and sister. Now my friend has nothing in her hand even her sisters were not with her.
Kindly suggest to help her. Is there possibilities to file case for the transfer of property and maintenance for her and daughter?

'A' is the absolute owner of a larger plot and had entered into an agreement with 'B' where A gave B full, complete, absolute and irrevocable right to develop and construct and sell a part of the larger plot.

The purchasers have formed a Society and are asking for conveyance with respect to the part of the larger plot where the building is situated?
Whom will they have to approach 'A', 'B' or 'C'?
