Legal heirs rights

I bought one land about 20 cents in a village in the year 2004.This land is owned by female (i.e mother of family). She is expired in the year 1995. So i bought the land from the legal heirs of 2 sons and her husband.

At the time of buying i did not obtained legal heirship certificate from the seller.

It is mandatory document for selling the land at present? As of now almost completed more than 10 years from the date of purchase.

Thanks in advance.

Cases in different courts

Sir,

My wife filed a case u/s 9 of HMA against me in 2005, with all other cases i.e. 498-a,406, u/s 125, sec. 18 of HAMA, 405,406, sec. 24 etc.and recently filed domestic viloance act with interim maintenance application in madhya pradesh. (while she is living with her parents since last 10 years). as she only want to harrass and destroy my life.

maintenance is granted in 125 and sec 24 and same is paying by me.

i want to file divorce in my city in Uttar pradesh. Pl. clarify that_

1) If she refused to summons of divorce case, than can expartee dovorce be granted to me ? if yes how much time it will take approximately.
2) If she appears and wants to transfer this case in her city, is it possible, and what process for this (as 498-a is running in my city)
3) If she did not appeared in court and refused the summons can court grant me expartee divorce ,
4) In situation she refused to come before the court can court itself transfer this case, as sec.9 is also running in her city filed by her.
5) and showing that sec 9 filed by her is pending in other court is make harm to my divorce case? Is it advisable to show about the sec 9 is pending, even after showing the facts of pendency of sec9, can court grants expartee divorce in case she refused the summons?

Pl. clarity and oblise.
Regards,
Boby.

Step son eligible for step mother property ?

I have purchased 2 Katha land along with my friend (friend purchase 3khata land) in year 2011, Initially proprietor was a third person who gave the land to step mother husband to cultivate the land probably in the year 1970,after death of husband the property comes in name of his second wife, earlier his first wife dead but she was one son.but step son not aware how the property comes under step mother in the year 1990 after death of his father. In year 2011 third person (who is the original proprietor) sell a deed in favor of the second wife(step mother) whos name was shown in DLR office and same date we purchase the land from his step mother. Within 90 days from registration stepson appeal to lower court for temporary injunction. but court rejected the appeal of step son, then he go to district court but unfortunately he got it,the case is running from four years.I want to know step son is entitle for step mother property ?step mother still alive.I eagerly awaiting kind reply from experts.
