Hi please help to get rid of my ex divorcee gf as she forcing me for marriage as we had sex with our mutual consent accidentaly she became pregnant very first week of pregnancy she did aborted tht baby by medicine since then forcing me for marriage since then she is threatning me fr marriage warna I will file rape case police case against me since the begning of relationship she knw tht we cant gt married as she is divorcee still she was with me with her willingness please suggest how to get out of it as she is not the gal of my type to get married

Hi experts,
We have booked a flat in Bangalore more than a year ago. We got our agreement done after two of booking, it was a bit delayed as we got to arrange money for the advance. Later we went for loan in SBI for the rest of the amount. The builder was insisting us to go to specific branch for loan, but we went for a different branch near to our house for us to have easy access to the bank. The builder dint specify any reason on why was he insisting to go to a specific branch and there were already about 15 loans approved in that branch by that time. The loan where we applied got rejected due to lake of GPA and registered JDA. Not sure how could he manage in the bank for all the approved 15 loans.
Since it got rejected in the branch where we applied, we have asked him to apply in his proposed branch. It got rejected there as well with the same reason. And the builder is block listed in all the SBI branches which means any of his flats will not be issued loans in any branch of SBI.
later loan was applied in Syndicate bank and finally was approved.
The process of 2 rejections and an approval took nearly an years time. Now the flat is about to complete and at a stage where we can go for registration. Now the builder levies a penalty of 4.35 L calculating the interest @24% as mentioned in the agreement. He is insisting us to pay the penalty and get the flat registered. The builder had not sent any prior notice even saying the payment is getting delayed and will be charged (not received any mail or intimation over the phone). All the loan processing except the first one was handled by the candidates of the builder.
How can we handle this situation. I am completely in dilemma what to do.
Do we have to bind to the penalty and get the flat registered?
Where can I raise a complaint against the builder?
Please let me know if you need any attachments regarding the same.

Dear sirs,
In a 306 ipc case the accused is put in judicial custody for more than seventy days. Even though completion 60 day of custody, charge sheet not filled by the police. whether the accused be released on bail or not by the judicial magistrate under 167(2) Cr.p.c?

My son has bought a flat in Vasai West for
Rs.56,000,00/= ( Fifty Six Lakhs) directly from the Builder. Building is of two wings A and B. A wing 7 Storey completed and already occupied by the respective members. B Wing is under construction. 7 storey slab is completed 8th slab yet to be done. In the agreement possession date is mentioned on or before 31st December, 2016.
All money paid by cheque. No Black money involved. Stamp Duty, Registration has been done at Vasai Sub-Registrar and Original agreement is received. Receipts have been issued for every cheque payment made.
My query is that - No allotment letter is given. I only have the original agreement and the payment receipts. Is the Allotment letter is necessary ? Should I request for it?

My father's name in birth certificate,10th and 12th marks sheet is Malatesh(first name). But in rest all of my Identity cards it has full name. I want to apply for passport. Will it cause any problem?

I gave a loan to a person(friend of my brother)
ofcourse i have promisory note
But it is more than 3 years old now.
I was unable to clear it before within 3 years, as i was handling medical problems.
Now i understood that i could not use the promissory note as it is more than 3 yrs old.

Is divorce necessary for void marriageq
Got married in 2012 but wife never stayed and after 3 year married again and subsequently divorce took place from first wife after one year of 2nd marriage.(from first wife) facts were reveled to second wife about first marriage.I want to ask.
Is second marriage is valid now?
Is divorce is applicable to second marriage if in case required.
As the second marriage was void ab initio, what is her legal right.
