I have been selected for the post of Gr A. Chemist in Geological Survey of India. The post has a 3 and half month training period, 2 year probation period after training and 3 year surety bond period after the training period.
But I have also applied for the post of Assistant professor under west bengal govt.before I received offer letter for the post in Geological Survey of India.
Do I have to inform the authority of such job application?
Do I require permission from authority for attending the interview Assistant professor?
If I am selected for the post of Assistant professor what is the appropriate method to resign from the post in Geological Survey of India and join the post of Assistant professor?
I donot want to claim any service continuation and do not expect any financial liability from central govt.

Hello ,
I am working in MNC since last 1.5 years. I am getting an better opportunities and good hike in another company and gave me a notice period of one month but current organisation want me to serve notice period of 3 months althrough I have given a option to buyback the remaining notice period but they are not ready to leave me and on a very last day they replied on my resignation stating that the serve the notice period of 3 month and when I resign on a second last day of a month immediately my manager hold my salary and does not say anything to me and my new organisation does not want to extend the joining date even for a week. and nothing is mention in seperation policy and my joining letter which states the minimum days of serving the notice period however my offer letter says "your service may be terminated any time by either side giving 3 months notice period or payment of CTC in lieu thereof manager's approval and satisfactory handover of responsiblities". when I approach to HR regarding this they said only your reporting manager will decide the last working day in organisation and arguing in favour of manager.
This kind of issues unecessary creates the hurdles in my carrier.
I really want to send the legal notice to the organisation.
let me now the process and procedure.

Repsected Sirs & forum members
thank you all, for your previous replies.
My Quash petition is dismissed by AP HC
However, AP HC, directed the lower court to dispose within in 6 months and ordered dispense with attendance for A2, A3, & A5.
In lower court, I have taken a legal aid since i lost job because of this case 3 years back.
the legal aid is coming to court and guiding me, but he said he cant guide in drafting petitions and asked me to do myslef.
For the next hearing he asked me to file affidavit, so that he will ask the court to dispsoe the case.
this would be first interaction with judge because till now only attendance
Query
what is to be covered in affidavit?
any sample affidavit for 498a cases

My grandfather had an ancestral property which was transferred into his name as per settlement records in 1984. He passed away in 1986.
Now as per the land records, this aforementioned property is jointly held by my grandmother (his wife) and his legal heirs i.e., 6 daughters and 2 sons.
The daughters have recently filed for partition. However, the sons have challenged the same stating that as per the recent Supreme Court ruling, daughters have no share in ancestral property.
Please advise regarding the maintainability of this suit.
Mact case
Dear Experts,
This relates to an MACT case of my Father which was filed 5 years ago. Unfortunately, as on date I really don't have any update about the same and my Lawyer has not been forthcoming about the same and all my requests and urges to him has not fructified.
Hence, under the circumstances, how can I find out the status of the case and retrieve the records thereof from the concerned court(MACT-II). I do have the case number with which was shared by him.
Further, will it be possible to retrieve the records from the insurance company, against whom the claim has been filed? If so, how?
