In my apartment watchman behaviour is not good.Apartment secretary also agreed and he told that we will conduct a meeting and resolve the issue.
Afterwords the secretary become clam and not conducting the meeting and resolving the issue.
twice i have called the secretary to conduct a meeting and there is no response.
I stopped paying maintenance and written in the maintenance book to resolve the issue in the first month.
in the 2nd month also i have not paid the maintenance and mentioned in the maintenance book as "Reminding to resolve the issue" with the date.
Till now there is no response from the association.
It is almost 3 months.
What should i do, plz advise.

intriem maintenance is not paid in dv act. Then The main petition before cjm can be stayed by cjm him self?

"GODHULI" Apartment is a Multistoried Building at Kolkata consisting of 31 Residential Flats and three rooms facing frontage of the building on the ground floor(which has been described as "SPACE" for decent use only in their respective Conveyance Deed By the Promoter while seliing them to the current owners.There is an Association registered under Companies Act and all the 34 unit holders are its members and abide by its rules and decisions.The Building has been sanctioned by the Local Municipal Corporation as a Residential Premises.The three "Spaces" have been in use for an office, second one as a school dress tailaring unit, and the third as a Readymade Garment Botique, and the life was going on peacefully without any major issue.
Now the Third "Space" Owner has let out his "Space" to an outsider who is re-modelling the entire 800 sft "Space" day-night and the respective owner has in writing advised the association that there will be UNISEX Spa-Saloon-Beauty Parlor Etc Etc to be operated shortly for which all the unit holders have advised the association not to allow any such commercial activity from the Building as they fear loss of dignity-peace-serenity and are afraid/apprehensive about other immoral activities to start which are very commanly associated with such business.
We seek your advise:
01. Is it legal to carry out such business from a building sanctioned for Residential Purpose?
02. Can Other resident and association intervene and ask the owner not to start such business?
03. What shour other resident/association should do to prevent the commencement of business of such nature?
Need opinion urgently.

My mother, being the second wife is lawfully wedded to my father after the first wife's death and I the only daughter have recently got ourselves entangled in property rights of my father. My father has 3 daughters from his first marriage who are all well settled and married. My father being 81 years old holds complete ownership of the property which he had acquired in the past. My mother has also contributed in the maintenance of the property and taking care of all the children financially and emotionally till we all settled. Thereafter I and my husband have also contributed financially in taking care of our retired parents by allowing them to enjoy the rent received from another property which I own. All the children from the first wife live quite far and have not involved themselves much in the maintenance The query is without the addition of my mothers name in the property what rights and chances do we hold on acquiring the property after my fathers death.

I got married on 20.5.2015 but on 11.06.2015 she got back to his parents stating that she was emotionally blackmailed my her parents to marry me. Later her parents asked me to wait for 2 months for changing her mind but on 2.09.2015 she told she will take care of life and will not come back. So if now I apply for nullity of marriage then how much time required and what is the process?

Dear Experts,
As we know few weeks back SC ruled daughters whose fathers died before 2005 not eligible for equal property rights, I would like to ask one fundamental question? What if father died before 2005 and mother after 2005? does this rule still applicable even if mother died after 2005? also what are the aspects which allows shares in father property for a girl & what are the aspects which blocks shares in father property? Not graduated under educational loan
I availed loan of amount 7.5L on 2009 to pursure MBA abroad and unfortuantely quit the studies as my Mother had Parkinson's disease.
Now tha banker has called for recovery and says that the amount has doubled and they gonna file a case. I am married now and not working. How can i handle this situation
I am not able to repay the moeny as i am unemployed and I am taking care of my mother.
Please do advice me
