NBW was issued on only A1 by PS sources FIR charge sheet details was not aware to A1
A1 got bail Surrendering infront of judge obtained bail and collected charge sheet
in the sheet his parents were also included as A2, A3 are A1, dad, mom
now is there need of getting bail for A2,A3, were the court given a next hearing date 8months from today
if there is any other way kindly inform me

Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased a flat in Mumbai in the year 1995, in a residents association, which further got registered as a CHS in the year 2005. The first owner of the said flat had not paid the stamp duty and surprisingly, also got the NOC from the residents association to sell his flat to me. When the CHS was established in 2005 as said above, I paid my stamp duty (liable on my part) and got the share certificate of the said flat in my name, issued by the society. Recently, the society has started with the deemed conveyance acquisiation process, wherein as part of the said process, the society is helding me as liable to pay the stamp duty on behalf of the first owner.
My query
---------------
1. Can the residents association issue an NOC to the first owner to sell his flat? (wherein the stamp duty was not paid and the agreement registeration was not done).
2. Can the society issue the share certificate to me without srcutinizing the first owner papers (wherein the stamp duty was not paid and the agreement registeration was not done)?
3. Can the society held me liable to pay the said unpaid stamp duty, which was the actually the liability of the first owner?
I would highly appreciate your response in this regards.

Dear Sir,
I am working in private financial services providing company and got married in 2009 and in 2011 blessed with a baby boy..My wife left me for preparation/studies for competition with my child when he was only 1 year old stating that she needs to go for B.ed as she was M.A and want to apply for job now. Since then she never came back I was trying to take her back and wasted almost 1 year and 8 months and then i filed divorce suite against her. She also in return files 498 A and domestic violence against me and my family members. Although i have got the divorce (X Party) after 1 year of filing the case as she never came on single hearing. Now she had intervened after divorce decree being passed in march 2015 and she intervened in april 2015 in front of court to listen her version now. I have also applied for custody soon after getting divorce under guardians and wards act.She had also applied under 125 CRPC for 40 k per month. Request best possible suggestions to counter these issues as i don't want to loose my child. I know it is not so easy but still i want to be in touch of my son. Secondly she is also earning and working private bank and earning 8 k per month.

I have two questions regarding a case in Delhi Court:-
1. Suppose a person named A had given payments through cheques to a person named B starting from the year 2000 and the last payment was given in the year 2002. B had issued the repayment cheque in the year 2005 but the cheque was dishonoured and a case was filed by A against B u/s 138 of N I Act. In the case, the judge discharged B from all the charges framed against him on the ground that the liability was time barred. Now, my question is that even if the ground, the judge has taken is true, should the judge have discussed this ground in the proceedings and with both A and B? The judge never discussed this matter and made the judgement without consulting with anybody in the case and if it is wrong, can I take any action against the judge?
2. In the judgement, the judge has written that the order was pronounced in the court but in reality, he never pronounced it and only gave a dasti copy of the order to both the parties. Now, can I take any action against the judge for this false statement in the order?

Case Facts :
1. 498A and CrPc 125 going against me in Jallandhar, Punjab.
2. Interim Maintenance of Rs. 6500 awarded per my private job Salary Income of Rs. 60000.
3. My wife has 10+ years of Job experience. She left the job and filed CrpC in 2013 and after 2 months on filing the CrPc 125, she again rejoined the Job. She was doing job at the time of award of Interim Maintenance.
4. Now, again she has left the Job as CrPC may be decided in next 2-3 months.
5. I am living at rent and doesn't have any immovable property in my name. Please suggest :
a. I am paying rent of Rs. 12000.
b. If I purchase even a flat for my residence now. Then Home Loan EMI for that will be around Rs. 25000.
c. Please suggest which is better, Rent of Rs. 12000 or Home Loan EMI of Rs. 25000 with regards to CrPc 125.
d. If I purchase property with Home Loan now, will it be a problem in my Divorce case in future.
Please suggest with regards to both CrPc 125 and Divorce case. Thanks

Hi,
I am in the process of collecting especially cybercrime judgement copies which occurred in Vijayawada from 2009 Jan on wards till 2014 December.
Those judgements that closely related with mobile phones. Or atleast guide me where i can get it.
