in one of my case, i have been accused in lower court and then i appealed in high court for stay and quash, which dismissed.
Can now i again go to high court or supreme court is the only way?
Earlier i appealed in high court u/s 482.

I had applied for a home loan for an old property regd in 1964.however the first owner had died nd the property was purchased by the daughter by paying her brother. This happened in 1994.but they have not prepared any deed or agreement.now my bank has asked the brothers to b confirming parties nd a attested poa has been obtained from brothers. But the Sro is not ready to register. I have paid almost 50% of amt nd i m stuck

I have a quarry. I want to know which is suitable for registration?
I am only son to my parents. They are no more today. My parents left me 50 yards house which is registed on my mother name and mentioned my name also in the will deed in 2001. Now I want registration on my name from and I wish to mention my wife and 2 minor sons. Which is correct, Gift Deed or Will Deed.

hello,
i was with my girlfriend on lonely highway and we were having a foreplay kinda sex and accidentally two police came on bike and said that someone complied before about this area so write down your name, number and license details and can go. but i didnt believe on them and told them to come ahead on cross road. but they refuse to do. and after that argument, i started my car and ran away from there. they tried to follow me but as they were on bike so didnt catch. and i am able to ran successfully. but i have a doubt that, weather they can make an inquiry by car number and came to look ahead and do harass on the name of inquiry or not. as in fear, i did one mistake that i ran away from there as i dont trust any police man.
what should be the possibility now on it?

I have been selected for the common interview of IBPS PO.While applying for the job I mentioned mine as unemployed.But after applying for that I had joined a PSB as a clerk.Do I need to produce any NOC from my bank at the time of interview?

My sister has filed a suit for declaring Will Null and Void and for eviction order against her late husbands nephews to whom the will is allegedly written by her late husband before death(2005).
But only 2 reliefs were asked
1 Declaring will null & void
2.Eviction order against current occupants
Relief was not asked for mesne profits by way of rent loss caused to her from date of death of her husband and damages, due to illegal possession of current occupants as she is only class 1 heir. Earlier, the probate obtained by them was called back by court and a fresh trial ordered by court and probate petition is also clubbed with this suit.
Can she now move an application to be attached to her main suit for this relief too, to be disposed off simultaneously with the main suit. Under what section of CPC
In civil suits, can plaintiff tender applications at various stages, if required?
2. What is specifically required to prove that Will was made under pressure by her husband's brother and his family in her absence, she being in army and always posted outside Delhi.
3.Is there any appropriate related authority from Apex court?

My mother,mama and masi are equal co-owners of a property.
I now want to apply for a home loan to purchase the share of my mama and masi.
Is this allowed as per property law ?
If no, then is there a way for my mother to surrender her stake so that the property is only of my mama and masi and can I then get a home loan for the purchase ?

Iam an adopted child, in my ssc certificates my adopted father name is there,so i want to replace the adopted father name with my real farher name.I have completed b.tech & i want to change my father name in all the certificates.Is it possible,if yes how?? please give the complete process of changing father name .Thank You.
