respected sir,
my father aged about 75 yr,is a retired group-iv railway employee,2yrs back a person borrowed money from my dads friend,my dad just given an assurance on behalf of that person,now he turned into insolvent person,my dad signed in the promissory note,now he send court notice to my father,what can we do now,kindly give suggestion to me, my fathers source of income is only his monthly pension.

I had filled the compliant to GHMC against my neighbor for not maintaining set basks in his building and case was running in court between GHMC (Grater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) & My neighbor, He had built 3 floors, in ground floor he had left 3 sft in back side. Permission taken for 1st & 2nd floor & built 3rd floor illegally.
As per building permission letter given by GHMC for 1st to 2rd floor to him is 2 meters I, e 6 sft should leave in back side of his building, but he had left only 1 sft.
Side 1 is 1.5 M & Side 2 is also 1.5 M but left with only ½ sft
I am facing lot of ventilation problem & if I construct my 1st & 2nd floor his windows & my windows will co inside & no privacy will be there to both of them.
In these regards please inform weather court will pass order to GHMC to demolish the walls he had constructed without maintaining the setbacks as per sanction plan or court will order to collect Fine/penalty amount from my neighbor for deviation from sanction plan.
If penalty amount is collected and wall is not removed, then it will be big problem to me in these what should I do please guide me.

Hi my grandfather is died in 2001. He has a 2 son and 2 daughter.He is not doing any will of his property.My name is Hiral and I am grandson .My father is also died and Uncle is also died only one BUWA is alive.I am living in my grandfather house till this date.But recently my BUWA have a claim for this property.Can u guide me what is a right in my grandfather property.My buwa is living in canada and she claimed for this propery and she says you have not any right in this property.......

Hi, My dad has two sons, me and my brother. He had made a will in 2010 giving all his property to me and my brother 50:50 equally. He has for last 5 years been staying with my brother. I live abroad and help my brother with money. My dad's mental health has deteriorated substantially. How do I check that my brother has not hot my dad to make and register another will leaving everything in my brothers name. How do I confirm which is my dad's last will?

I just wanted to know how to proceed for divorce? My case history is as below:
I met with a boy in 2013 via shaadi.com, we both date eachother. My family was not agree from our marriage so we got an arya samaj marriage in Nov 2013. Boys family were present at our marriage but they haven't give their acknowledgement at the certificate.
After my marriage, i felt that the boy got married from my money, as i left my job and got my PF & FNF which was approx a lakh amount.. That amount i gave to my family before my marriage.. When my husband knew he was shouted on me and abused me.. later on in our relationship money is the only matter where we were fighted.. from the day of marriage i am spending all my salary in my in laws.. Now i got pregnant and my husband knew that my father had an LIC on my name which was approx 35lakhs will be cashing this Dec 2015. Everytime my husband ask when the policy get cash.. I want to buy a car, want to spend their.. i clearly told them that i will not invest a single peny from that.. apart from that due to some financial crisis i owed few credit.. which i was not able to pay... Now i am getting maternity exp. from my company of approx 50k.. instead of that my husband is asking to spend my salary in unnecessary exp..
And blame me that i have not seen that thing before our marriage.. as i have a sister and my mother to whom i have to take care but due to my husband i am not able to look after them.
Please help me.. how can i get divorce and my financial condition is not too good.. i want peaceful settlement as we all are female in my family. And my husband gets very hyper and start abusing me and some time he hit me. He tried to get suicide before our marriage, that's why i got married to him.

Hello sir, I was using one idea postpaid mobile number of which I was charged around rs2000 excess in the name of Internet charges. When I demanded explanation from customer care they failed to give me satisfactory answer and insisted me to pay bill whatever is it. When I called them again and again they gave me choice to waive rs1000 if I activated rs175 Internet plan, to which I rejected that offer and decided to disconnect my number permanently which I did by paying total bill of around 3000. Now I want to sue the company in consumer court because I know the bill
I paid was totally wrong. Because I never used Internet services on that number. Please suggest me what to do now?

My father case is pending in Kat since 2010, I don't have any hopes Of judgement from KAT during his life... I wanna know how speed up the case... Please suggest how can I proceed for justice soon

I had filed Criminal WRIT petition in Bombay High court against the builder for varios irregularities &perjury in Consumer court
WRIT was dispossed of by giving liberty to file report u/s154 of Cr procedure code to nearest police station.
Complaint was filed u/s154 to police station but still FIR is not registred by police.
What is the remedy to expedite FIR?
I have to file WRIT u/s482 to HC again?
order of HC is not binding on police sation to file FIR ?
